One year ago we purchased a dining room set, on delivery day the driver drove off of the road entering the drive, destroying our culvert. A wrecker arrived pulling the delivery truck out, they returned to Greencastle and delivered our furniture the next day. We were told that the damage would be repaired. After six months and no communication, I called, emailed and provided pictures to the owner (Eric). After waiting three more months for the promised repair work I decided to have the repairs done at my cost. I've been here twice always helpfull and ready but will give you space if you tell them you are just browsing which is very nice. They were understanding to budget constraints and when I noticed they actually were selling the model couch I was trying to replace because a part of the sectional was damaged they helped me order just order the piece of the sectional I needed instead of trying to upsale to a whole new couch which is so very appreciated. They hauled away the broken piece for a small fee too....
