Wanted to update my review for Oct 2025 bc it had been a long while since I had. There is not one single negative thing that I or really anyone could say about this place & it be a genuine takeaway. Johnathon & his staff, like Richard, go out of the away to make sure that you are cared for with amazing customer service & knowledge! If you are new to vaping or an old pro then you will find this to be your place of choice to give your money too! Another cool aspect is the sales of certain collectibles & TN approved THC products that I unfortunately forgot to get a pic of however I did grab some pics of some of the many fish aquariums & there are a lot of them (I didn’t get a pic of everyone of them) but there is just something soothing about watching those tanks! To just put it bluntly there is only 2 vape stores that I will give my money too from any where & that’s here and of course my first home of Knoxville Vapor so pls if you want to support a small business that is doing it all right then stop in Greeneville Vapor & tell them Chell sent ya!

Greeneville Vapor has came a long ways in my eyes. When they first opened I had visited and I compare every vape store to Knoxville Vapor and that sets the bar really really really high so I was super disappointed on my first visit. But the owner of Knoxville Vapor (whom is like a dad to me) insisted that before I review them that I give them some time and revisit when I moved back to Greeneville and so I did. I’m so glad I listed to that sound advice bc now me & my fiancé are regulars, we enjoy stopping in for the selection of eliquid, THCA & Delta-9 & 10 products plus they always have our coils & give an extra discount for using cash which we do. The employees are nice, professional and knowledgeable and there are no longer a bunch of younger people just hanging out in there making it feel uncomfortable (which was my first experience years ago) but they are really on top of their game now! I’d like to say this is the best vape store in town the two gentlemen that I talked to tonight were both helpful and very smart when it came to knowing their business. I tried calling to get their names but it was after 7pm and couldn’t get ahold of them. One was tall and skinny with short hair and the other was average height with short brown hair. Top of the line service and merchandise. The shop owners are excellent and friednly. They have provided a awesome lounge for beginner and experienced vapers to hang out to watch your favorite football games etc. Fish tanks are spotless!
