Niswonger Performing Arts Center — Attraction in Greeneville

The show was last night... Our first visit couldn't have been a better time: the venue is perfect - clean, great sound, beautiful to look at, easy to park close by & to get to your seat (no steps for our seats and the slope is so gradual - and easy to walk... Safety was a given with the presence of Security (TY to the Patrol at row D!!). The Band ('G. Who') and the journey back through nearly 60 years was good for the soul. We also met some great people (seat neighbors) -- the night couldn't have been better & we can't wait for the Mar. 1 show and those (now that we know how perfect this center is) in the future. Thank you, Niswonger, for bringing in the outside world. #1 It has been a while and I am not sure, but I think a girl named Mary helped me by phone... I bought tickets online for 2 shows - we believe my husband mistakenly threw them away. I called in a bit of a panic, but she helped. She was so kind, very professional, and helpful. She had my new set of tickets & mailed them immediately!! We have not been to this venue previously - we hope the venue and the shows are as perfect as my dealings with 'Mary' (we are sure...

My wife surprised me with some tickets to see The Glenn Miller Orchestra and we had never been to an event at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center. We absolutely loved the entire evening. We walked in the door & helpful & friendly staff viewed our tickets and guided our direction. We then get close to our section & another helpful staff member gave us each programs & a water to wet our whistle mid-performace, which was very appreciated. We were then politely guided to our seats and enjoyed the incredible acoustics of the venue. We were both VERY impressed & we immediately started plotting upon our return to the venue during the 15 minute intermission of the wonderful performance. I don't believe that there is a bad seat in the entire venue. We sat up higher upon the Mezzanine and the view and the sounds were all amazing. We listened at the top of the low section for just a minute and the view and the sounds were just as great as our seats. We can't wait to go back for another...

Great place to come and watch a concert. Some places/venues seem to cater to a specific group of people or specific genre of music. This is a nice performing arts center and they do a great job at booking different genres of entertainment that everyone can enjoy. There isn't a bad seat in the place and the staff is very professional and helpful. When you go through the efforts of trying to get front row tickets, the ticket purchase process could be better. They make it difficult for a person to buy tickets on the front row center if you are only trying to buy 2 tickets. I was denied and got a message saying they didn't want gaps. If I am one of the first people to access the website to make a ticket purchase, I should be able to purchase any 2 that are available instead of being penalized. I still got good seats, but this is my only complaint. Otherwise, this is a...
