Below average bikes and poor customer service. I bought a Jamis Trailx A2 from Wheel Sports and the first ride I had on it within 5 minutes the stem twisted and the tire and handlebars were crooked, as though they sold me a bike that wasn't properly put together.

THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD TO BUYERS. After all of this, he would not allow me to return the bike under any circumstance, even though I had the bike for only 2 hours.

Buyers beware that the owner is unfriendly, unknowledgeable about any type of bike. You're better off going somewhere that cares about your experience and knows how...

In town visiting family and my brakes went out at the top of Hurricane Gap! Chris was a ride and trip saver... Had my XTs up and running again in with a bleed in no time flat, and more importantly was kind to my three year old boy, who was with me when I visited. Knowledgeable and friendly shop. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. And thank you to the kind woman who helped us...
