Smoky Grass Station — Local services in Greeneville

My fiancé is a regular here so I often tag along. The store is set up really neat as it’s an old gas station but you step inside & it’s a different world. ( I will edit review when we go today to include pictures ). They have an upbeat, funky yet also laid back environment that makes the shopping experience fun & inviting. The product selection is a big variety that will help to fulfill whatever it is that you are looking to get. The store is kept clean & tidy regardless of it being tiny. Prices are really great which they run amazing sales all the time & you typically always get free product(s) as to which the more you spend the more you get. Their reward system is also pretty nice so I advise signing up as it’s free. Their staff is really awesome, customer service is one of the biggest things for me since I worked in that realm majority of my life and I’m impressed by theirs. From the store manager (Justin) to the rest of the staff (Jason) they are knowledgeable, courteous, upbeat & funny. We always tend to share a joke or laugh while we are in there. I really like how even though I don’t partake in their products yet they always include me in the conversations. They have other locations (though I’ve never been to any of the others) & they do have a website if you don’t live near one so you can order for delivery & still get the rewards and sales. I went for the advertised deal of the month only to be charged the regular premium price. With the flyer in my hand I was denied the monthly special as it was no longer in the computer. Yet they had no problems with selling it al the full price....but not at the regularly advertised monthly price which they put online and mail out on flyers monthly. Seems like a big scam to me. The deal is good until the end of March. It's currently the middle of March. I called the provided number but no answer. Man, I usually don't really leave reviews because I'm just a simple person and I don't care. But I got to say I went in the store and I met these two dudes and it was a chillest most down to earth vibe. They was playing '90s music switches a big plus for me cuz I'm a '90s baby I talked to the guy about all the different products and he was super chill about it. His name was Jason.
