If I could give no stars I would.. To start. I always to my research. The reviews obviously are great. SO that was a plus for me. When I moved into my new house, my fridge stopped working, and I was desperate and broke to replace it, and trying to buy a used one online was not a option while having to replace and keep food that I was paying out of pocket for. I found guaranteed appliance. I asked all the questions when I got there. How much? Are you going to charge me any extra fees and blind side me later? No and No. The price tag is what you pay for. And you just make payments is what I got told. I could work with that. Though the selection was nice, and we was beyond happy with what we choose. When my first payment came out. I seen it was through acima. Confused, I did some more research. They put me in a loan company, which I was told would not happen. "It's used appliances, and we don't do that" I was told. Well here we are almost a year later. and I have paid $733, and still have a remainder balance. After everything is said and done. I'm paying this company $1,415. 76 for a second hand fridge, that don't even have a working ice maker. This place is a joke. If I would have been told the truth from the get go, I would have just opted out for a fridge from Aarons or somewhere else. At least it would have been BRAND NEW! For the about the same price I'm paying for a second hand fridge, that I'm stuck with, cause I mean, I done sunk 700 in it. Don't be fooled by the reviews yall, and the fancy talk they give you in store. This place will...

Do not deal with these people...Their repair man needs to retire..my sister in law had to keep helping him with things.Then he laying the floor , passing gas and then ask to use my bathroom that he "just has pushed to much today" I don't mind people using my bathroom but I sure don't need to hear what you are doing in there. HE could not get it fixed said he would look for a transmission for washer. The next day they called no part for washer. So I decided to go buy one from them.People do not do this... When the "NEWER washing machine spins there is a very loud sound I called told store "there is a 90 day warranty on washing machine" but if I want their repairman to come to my home it's $50...one way or another they get ur money. SO USED WASHING + 50 MORE DOLLARS = I SHOULD HAVE WENT AND BOUGHT A...

Vince and Sarah were so friendly and helpful at the store. I was in the middle of moving to a rental that I had to furnish the appliances in. The prices are more than fair and the appliances have worked perfectly! I outfitted the rental completely with stove, fridge, washer, and dryer from one store. This was a rough move and I ended up at the store minutes before closing just to see what was available. I know at the end of the day, you just want to go home, but they were both ready to help and didn't make me feel rushed at all. Will definitely use them for any future appliance needs!
