Cancun Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Greeneville

My chicken fajitas were very good. My wife's chicken quesadilla was good as well. We liked their salsa. Some Mexican restaurants dont have good salsa, in our opinions. So that was worth commenting on. Two slightly downfalls were... one; they were out of Michelob draft😲. Second; they only had two servers so it still took a while to get my drink and little slow to get food. Couldn't have made a lunch and get back to work, I don't think. Unless you had an hour. But that was very acceptable to us as they were busting their butts. Taking orders, supplying refills to everyone, bringing food and checking customers out at register. I've always loved coming here I've came here ever sence I can remember but years ago service and food were always great. Now food is fine and service is meh, now anytime I go there its hit and miss; the only servers that actually do a good job are the one's that have been there for years any other server is just ok. So as someone that's come to cancun for so many years and loved every visit I'm disappointed. Also I dont even think they have a manager and the owner, haven't seen him in forever. Fantastic Mexican food. I grew up in Arizona and I'd put the quality of this food up to any of the amazing restaurants I grew up with.
