I had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture! Zoe went above and beyond to make sure I got the furniture that I wanted with the financing that I needed. We ran into some complications but Zoe came in on her day OFF to help me secure financing! She's kind, funny, and I couldn't be happier with the help I received from start to finish. Donya also helped us throughout the process and she was fantastic and extremely nice as well! She helped finalize the paperwork and made sure I understood all of the details and that the correct items had been ordered. The delivery was scheduled on a Saturday so I didn't have to take off work, and they arrived as scheduled and the delivery men were very nice and helpful in getting everything set up, cleaned up, and ensured that everything was set up the way I wanted before they left. Overall I had an outstanding experience and I will be stopping by to see Zoe for my future...

My husband and I recently purchased a new living room set from Ashley, and we couldn't be happier with the experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service we received from Dominique Williams. We actually drove an hour back to the store specifically to work with her again because of how helpful and kind she was during our initial visit.

From the moment we walked in, Dominique was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She listened carefully to our needs and preferences, offering helpful suggestions without being pushy. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different furniture styles, materials, and brands, and patiently answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!). She even helped us visualize how different pieces would look in our living room.

What really stood out to us was dominique’s genuine kindness and her dedication to ensuring we found the perfect furniture for our home. She made the entire process so enjoyable and stress-free. It's clear she truly cares about her customers.

We just made a recent purchase on a living room set that my husband took notice of from the display in the store. The sale on the set was just absolutely unbelievable! More than what we were looking for. But what was the icing on the cake was the sweet sales lady that assisted us through the whole process. We will never forget Arty Thompson! She was very patient with us. Very graceful and took the time to answer all of our questions. And when she was not sure she sought out assistance from her manager. Her customer service skills just helped us make what we believe a God-given decision.
