If you're looking for a boutique bridal gown experience, but at affordable prices- LOOK NO FURTHER! First of all, the store is gorgeous. Lots of picture worthy backdrops, spacious fitting rooms, and the showroom was spacious yet felt comfortable and had lots of natural light from the windows. I never felt cramped when stepping out of the dressing room, even when there were other groups there. I was very impressed with the wide selection of dresses and sizes- I honestly couldn't believe everything was in my price range. I felt like a kid in a candy store, unlike other shops where I only had a rack or two of discounted or budget friendly dresses to look through. What absolutely impressed me the most about this store was the employees and their stunning customer service. Ms. Kyrah and Ms. Michelle helped me and they are the kindest people I could've asked for. They both went above and beyond for me and I am deeply grateful. I found a dress I fell in love with and after a few tears from myself and my party, I got to ring the gong and say YES to the dress! At no point did I ever feel pressured, hurried along, judged, or left wondering where everyone went. I even left to look at a few other bridal shops in the area (just to see all my options) and NO OTHER discount shop even came closed to comparing. I drove over an hour to come to this store from Raleigh and it was completely worth it. I got a stunning dress and had the type of shopping experience you'd see on TV- one I never thought I would get. Again, thank you Kyrah and Michelle for your hard work and kindness. I don’t even like doing reviews because I am a big fan of supporting businesses and I also don’t like name dropping BUT… My experience at this bridal boutique was extremely disappointing. From the start, the service was lacking—I was greeted late, and the space felt uncomfortably cramped. The consultant assigned to assist me, Elenor, did not listen to my preferences despite multiple clarifications.

I repeatedly expressed that I was looking for a white dress with beading, a long train, and no slit, yet she continuously presented options that did not align with my vision (repeated 5 times). My mother also reiterated my preferences multiple times (repeated 4 times), yet Elenor persisted in showing me dresses in colors other than white and with design elements I explicitly did not want. I even showed her pictures of what I wanted the first 5 minutes. I told her no fluff, she kept showing me dresses with fluff. I told her no slit- she showed me two dresses with slits. It felt like she was “just trying to sell me a dress” quickly rather than offering me a unique experience. Eventually, she told me I could seek assistance from someone else and appeared to give up on helping me altogether.

Had she been upfront about the store’s inventory from the beginning, I would not have wasted my time browsing. The lack of attentiveness and disregard for my requests made this a frustrating and disappointing experience. Very...

New York Bride Last Look is an absolute dream for any bride looking to find a beautiful dress at an incredible price, in a fantastic setting! I FOUND MY DREAM DRESS AND IM SO EXCITED! The place is gorgeous with the BEST team you could imagine. Michelle, Kyrah, and Brooke took such great care of me and my family during my visits to the store. They genuinely love their job and provide exceptional service. From the minute I walked in, no appointment needed (ever!), each of them made me feel so comfortable and provided guidance to keep me feeling supported throughout the experience but also gave me space to let me think through each dress choice, what I loved about it and never feel pressured to make a decision! I can’t tell you how many dresses I tried on and how patient they were each time they needed to help me get in it, take pictures of it all beautifully displayed in front of the mirrors and then get me back out of it! I wish I still needed to find a dress because I would keep going back again and again just to see their team! I recommend this...
