Cards At The Cages is one of a kind. The new shop is immaculate inside. Before I even get to the selection of wax, slabs, and singles, I want to talk about the aesthetic. From the outside, the shop looks like any other store front would, but as soon as you open the door you’re brought into a whole different world. The inside is spacious, but not like a warehouse. The decor is a combination of memorabilia, posters, and other sports related items. It seems as if all the items are placed with precision and purpose that kind of carries you through the store. Now to the fun part: the cards! When you walk in, there are tables that contain boxes of single cards (generally cheaper price), that are arranged by sport. If you continue walking, you will see display cases, and behind those, the shelves are filled with Hobby boxes, some retail stuff, and signed NFL Helmets. The cards in the cases are fairly priced and are some of the craziest cards I’ve seen. Basketball, football, hockey, UFC, Wrestling, WNBA, Pokémon, older, new, rookies, autos, graded, SSP, low numbered, 1/1’s, and many more. The best part is, you can ALWAYS strike a deal, whether selling or buying. I have personally sold cards to this shop, and I was offered good prices for what I had. On the other side, I have bought cards from here, and I have always been able to negotiate on the price. Just don’t confuse sentimental attachment for actual value. No one forces you to buy or sell there, so if you’re not ready to, don’t. It is also a business, and ANY business needs to make money. So no, you won’t get $200 if the card is worth $200. You will be fairly priced out though, and you can choose to accept the offer or not.

At 9:42 PM on Sunday, June 8 I notified cards at the cages via the eBay messaging platform that the address listed on eBay was incorrect and I gave them the correct address. Five minutes after the order was originally placed. He responded and asked that I remind him tomorrow morning at nine or 10 AM. The following day on June 9, I sent a message asking if they could correct the address . I did not get a response. I sent the address again. The following day of June 10 I sent another message asking if the address had been corrected. That is when he notified to be that he is unable to correct the address but had already shipped the item.. I told him that this was a big problem because I don’t live there and I was not going to receive my package now. At no point did he tell me cancel the order because we are unable to correct your shipping address. This would’ve solved the whole problem.
From that point on, he proceeded to tell me that it was all my fault. There was nothing that he could do about it. I’m out of about $800.
Attached are all the screenshots from our conversation. For some reason, the timestamps are off by three hours. But you can see that they match the original times 642pm June 8th equals 942pm June 8th in.

Few months later , I came back with a jackson holliday /99 green auto they tried to convince me it had a scratch on it, i bounced. I came back offered 4k on a trash jordan. Me and my partner agreed no, we found a better deal. Patrick said he is always gonna remember that. I came through with an orange volpe auto /25. Patrick didnt even come talk, his employee said "we are passin" then he harrasses me via IG and downgrades other shops
