GameStop — Local services in Greensboro

I went this morning to get the new Pokemon 151. I arrived and there was this customer with long hair in front of me screaming at the cashier and demanding to get more of the Pokémon cards. He was accusing that everybody else was a scalper and thief’s. Cashier called security on him because he threat her constantly. All this fight started because the cashier tried to be nice and equal so everybody that waited in line can get Pokémon cards. Her first customer agree to get this pro membership and after he paid he claim that he didn’t want it so we have to wait for the cashier to be able to refund the money. We didn’t understand why the customer said yes in the beginning and then complaint about it. The employee asked for the ID because she said that if we create a player account and she scan the bar-code from the back she won’t need to type everything and will save her some time. But the last straw was this customer named Caleb calling the cashier names and recording her when she refused to sell the entire stock when we’re there waiting. She ended up giving the cards to him and after that he started praising her. Security even agreed with her that if she doesn’t feel like selling the entire stock to him she have every single right. Good for her, we are happy that we got at least the last ones because she saved those for us. I came here for a drop of some Pokémon cards and they were sold out everywhere else, after after waiting outside for a half hour they opened and everyone went in. The item cost $40 and there was a limit on how many you could purchase which was two but the attendant was only giving out 1 per person. The man in line ahead of me was charged 70$ because she stated to avoid scalping on the item you would need a GameStop pro membership to buy it. It took 15 minutes for the man to be refunded for the membership and was called a thief in the process. I happily got my cards and left. The person behind me however mentioned to the worker here that the limit was actually 2 per person as it was at other gamestops and even said so on the card reader when purchasing. That person had security called on them. Lastly when I bought it she wanted to slam my Id, I assumed it was because there was a limit on the item but other people in line behind did not have to present id. I have had nothing but absolutely the BEST OF THE BEST SERVICES AND CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS. They have made me feel like I was not just a visitor but a friend that had come by for a visit. Made sure I was aware of any promos or any discounts on games and accessories I am looking for, and on top of it will joke and laugh with my girlfriend around to make the experience more real.
