Spent over 30k on a watch and ring here just for diamonds to be falling out THE DAY I LEFT. They would not give me a refund or let me swap anything out. They just keep replacing the diamonds and every time I go it’s something else…. They lost the diamond link to my watch and now they’re trying to make me pay for a new one. every time I go to get my watch cleaned. It comes back and it’s tighter and it won’t fit , I went today to get them to help me fix it The younger guy that worked there (not Malik the other one) Was trying to tell me he couldn’t do anything for me because he wasn’t the person that sold me the watch . He also said I couldn’t ask one of the workers a question talk about some she couldn’t help me When she’s the one who helped me the last time so I don’t see why she couldn’t help me now. This has been the most absolute terrible experience I’ve ever had do not spend your money here. My ring has lost diamonds on 10 different occasions ATLEAST 6/7 different spots. Every time I come, they have a nasty ass attitude and they have zero customer service skills. I’ve had better experiences at a flea market....

My first time here was perfect went in got exactly what I needed for a good price . Came back three days later because my chain broke I went in and told them I would exchange my old chain for a thicker one and just pay the difference so I’m looking at chains and he tells me it’s a $140 difference to get a bigger size which I know is impossible for the size of the chain and it was only a .8 difference( my chain was the 2.0 the chain I wanted was 2.8) in the gold from the one I just brought so I’m just like forget it just fix it he tells me 2 days to fix it because his jeweler was out at this point I’m not getting anywhere I’m like I’ll just do business else where so he catches an attitude and throws my chain in my hand and walks away I asked for the other part of my chain he then again walks over and throws the chain piece in my hand once again . long story short I went to the 2nd floor got my chain fixed for FREE IN 30 MINUTES TAKE NOTES‼️ This incident happened on...

1 Star — TOTAL SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY! I spent $18,000 on a Rolex diamond watch from Manhattan Jewelers back in April, and the diamonds keep falling out like it was glued together with Elmer’s glue. Are you kidding me? For that kind of money, I expected top quality — instead, I got junk. Then I spent another $2,000 on a ring that literally broke in half after just a few months. When I brought it back, they refused to fix anything unless I paid them more money! They seriously have the nerve to charge extra to fix their own cheap work. This place is a rip-off. They don’t stand behind their products, they don’t care about customers, and once they get your money, you’re on your own. I feel completely robbed — Manhattan Jewelers are straight-up scammers. Save yourself the headache and take your business...
