I think all restaurants should put in and up the effort of pleasing their customers. Come to work neat and clean, not high, grouchy, mad, or shabby because you are what's making that business stand out all besides the food. Leave or set your problems to the side. I comment on things like this often. Take time and listen to the orders closely because people get mad at the customers about their orders being wrong/having to be remade or bring back or called about as if the customers are lying, that's in various locations but pay attention, are the cameras working to show and receipts to vouch proof you made or did this correctly?! Businesses stop saying customers make the business look bad, nope. Get you some thorough people who are gonna run these places right and stop believing a lie over the truth. Stop having mall security walk around following people all because the facts being spoken.. Now, if I end up knocked off the face of earth, it's because of my posts. I keep it real. You should, too. There is nothing wrong with expressing yourself and giving the honest truth about the food vs. environment as well. Order up the young lady that is or has been on duty as the manager since I've gone has greeted me with a smile....

I always enjoy going to Greensboro just so I can eat here but I may just go 20-30 miles n the opposite direction next time. Our orders were rung up wrong we wanted large meals but instead we charged for medium. When we both realized we let the guy who was on the grill now and he insisted we get back in line. We are in a huge mall we’re thousands of people shop daily we had already waited 15-20 min to order so why she we have to get back in line. When we had words and I asked for the manager he stated he was the manager so I asked to get in contact with his supervisor and he smartly said he would get the number.
