Totally Tea — Restaurant in Greensboro

Place is a scam. I ordered 2 of their favorites for my daughter and I. My total came up to $23! I had a group of people with me so I wasnt paying much attention during the transaction and didn't look at the menu. After I got my receipt I see there were 2 extra charges for extra boba and 2 charges for cold foam. When I asked the lady about it she says oh because this comes with double boba, on their menu it states it comes with 2 different Bobas with a price of $7.49. I asked her about the cold foam and she had no response. So I requested my refund and she says we can't give a refund right now due to a technical issue. I told her I do not want the drinks due to the price and her response was, Well you signed... instead of me causing a scene I took the drink which was okay at best and decided to never go back my sister who was behind me and about to order 3 drinks went elsewhere. The guy at the cashier didn’t hand me back my change. The classic boba tasted watery and the pearls were very chewy and undercooked. The fruity mango boba on the other hand tasted alright. I strongly recommend you get boba from the first floor rather than this place on the third floor. If you do get boba from this place, get the juices rather than the milk tea. I agree with some of the other reviews, it comes off like a scam. They're sneaky, adding extra charges for things you dont really order. Like the menu says it includes boba but adding charges for each scoop anyway. Definitely wont return here, because you can get food plus a boba drink for the same price at the place right beside it.
