I ordered an item back on December 12, 2022. It is now February 13, 2023. I have not received my order yet and was told on several occasions that they would refund me my money back which I not received at all. Every time I call I get the run around on how they have to call this person or that person. They eventually told me it wasn’t available, but still no refund.
