It was a bad experience. The owner has her daughter on a work place, I went to her eyebrow salón and she was in a bad mood, because her girl did not understand the homework and I saw how she talked to the girl and even gave her a slap in the head. when she did my eyebrow I told her that I had some hair on but that she dont see it, she raised her voice, and she told me if I did not like her NOT TO COME BACK to his salon anymore. Im not going to let Any stupid to talK to me like, that I'm not her family and I deserve to be respect and Never before had this happened but this time his bad mood exceeded the treatment of his client. I pay for a service I do not ask for a gift so SHE would have to do HER job well and not argue in that way. And YES I NEVER RETURN TO THAT PLACE IS NOT THE ONLY PLACE THERE ARE BETTER PEOPLE WITH BETTER EDUCATION. Good place to get your eyebrows done, amazing even, I use to love coming here to get my brows done but not a well place to get your lashes done, they botched my lashes with putting a lot of glue to the point to where it was too heavy for my lids that they swelled and it pulled my lashes out. I asked for natural and they gave my caterpillar lashes. Lady who did them was rude too cause I asked for a “wispy natural set” and she said in a rude tone “natural or glam that’s it.”I don’t recommend going here to get your lashes done, AT ALL. Owner clams they don’t have me in their “database” but it’s probably because they KNOW cluster lashes from Sally’s beauty isn’t the correct way to lash. Professional extension are supposed to go on ONE natural lash NOT on many natural lashes. I hope they correct this mistake to prevent anymore lash damage onto...

Usually an amazing service but today was very disappointing and upsetting. Customer Service by Rima was not good, especially since you are being trusted to handle someone’s eyebrows. When i had told her she had messed up my left eyebrow and to be careful in the salon all she said was “oh okay”. She should have at least apologize and not over the phone when i’m trying to speak to a manager and trying to get her name. I had asked several times for her name but she kept ignoring the question. I have been going here a while and never had a a problem till today today. I didn’t ask for my money back because they are a business and they had already provided the service and i won’t get that patch of my eyebrow back. I just hope next time she is more careful with what she does because people are trusting her with...
