The service I received while shopping for a new sofa was excellent – the salesperson remembered details and was extremely outgoing and personable yet professional.
When the sofa was delivered there was a scratch in the leather – the exact scratch I had seen on the floor model. I was not advised when I made this purchase that I would be getting the floor model. To my knowledge it was going to be a brand-new sofa. When the sofa was delivered my old sofa was taken away for an additional fee.
When I called the store and spoke with the salesperson, he advised he would need to have the manager call me back. She never bothered to return my call. I had to make several more calls over the span of a few days to get her on the phone. I would have been willing to keep the sofa if there had been any attempt to make this right. She offered nothing – not even an apology. She said she could have the sofa picked up the following week, but for me to get my original sofa back I would have to pay a $100 fee. Of course, at this point, they could just keep it. Just get this “new” used sofa out of my house and return what I paid.
The sofa was not picked up the following week due to inclement weather. Again, I had to make several phone calls to get back on the schedule for the sofa to be picked up. Three days after the sofa was picked up I still had not received the refund on my card. I had to drive back to the store and face to face ask for the refund. There was time spent on my behalf for a situation that I did not create. I felt I was misled because I was not told I would receive the floor model, and never once was an apology given. Due to the poor customer service and uncaring attitude from the manager I will not be returning here.

After getting the chairs told them the fabric didnt look like what we selected. We were told lazy z boy sent the wrong thing and another order was placed. Lisa asked to come take pics of chairs to send to Lazy z boy. A message was left two different times to set up a time was told she would call back. She never did. We waited an addtional 12 weeks for replacement chairs. We have placed numerous calls and have physically been in the store and ask to speak to the manager who by the way is Lisa. Heard nothing. On one rare occassion actually spoke with Lisa only because she happen to answer the phone. yet again she lied and said she would find out something and call back. Been calling practically every day. No one ever calls back. We have been told there is no orders showing for us. Its really sad that Lisa has no integrity and apparently has no problem lying to their customers . I knew it was going to be a mess then..they delivered the chair week later and delivered the wrong chair..totally different chair and style..I told the del guys to take it back called the store they told me to come down and show them the one I picked..I brought my receipt in which I paid cash for the chair. The chair I picked out was still there the manager said they had one in the box and would deliver it to me that afternoon...when they brought the top part of chair in it was messed up in the back of the chair I called and talked to the manager again and asked for a refund..That was enough..The sales lady tried to blame me and the delivery men for her mistake…people need to own up to their own mistakes.. very hot outside the delivery guys make two unnecessary trips and I made two trip to that...
