Very nice customer service. Even had a employee who I did not realize at first was actually leaving before I asked her a question, but instead of throwing me off onto another employee she actually helped me with what I was looking for. I had been so many places and was unable to find any mandalorian air walkers or foil balloons, and even though they did not have foil balloons they did have a baby yoda air walker. Now my son really likes the mandalorian but he enjoyed this air walker baby yoda, and I was happy to actually find one after my search at the very last minute all over this God's green earth. The two employees at the balloon station was very helpful as soon as I told them what I was looking for. They new right where the air walker was, and without hesitation had to set up and blown up for me. I informed them my son was in the car so I didn't want it blown up at first because I wanted it to be a surprise, but they informed me that it would take a lot of helium to blow this air walker up and it would be best if I let them do it. I told them I did not leave near by so I would have to take it with me with my son in the car. They were so thoughtful that the hound lady started running around trying to design a way to conceal this big baby yoda air walker so my son would not exactly know what it was. I thought that was so amazing and thoughtful!...

I will never shop at Partymakers again. I used them for my gender reveal and they ruined the reveal for my husband. I brought my box in around 1:30 in the afternoon yesterday with the envelope containing the gender. Because obviously it is supposed to be a surprise. They told me that they would have 6 balloons blown up inside the box and it would be ready by 12 pm the next day (today). My husband walks in today at 1:30 pm and not only had they not blown the balloons up yet, the young boys working the balloon section opened the balloon bag and started blowing them up IN FRONT OF MY HUSBAND. So our reveal was ruined for him. He knows what we are having and it will still be hours before I find out with the rest of the family. The boys apologized, but it seemed ingenuine and it was clear they could not appreciate the gravity of the situation. When I called to complain and request a refund, the young lady on the phone was not apologetic, nor was she any help. Even though when I requested a manager, she said that she would be able to talk to me. Overall, it was a very simple task that was done late and incorrectly. The lack of care was very obvious. A lot of laziness on the staff's part. Not just by the boys who messed up, but there is clearly a lack of good training or supervision. Very disappointing and...

I went to this establishment on today and purchase some decorations that I was going to need for my project next weekend. When I walked in the store, I saw immediately some of the supplies I needed. Then I asked the lady at the register where the balloons were located and she said it kind of snappy. So, I overlooked it and went to the back where the balloons were. I was taking my time because I had wanted to make sure I picked out the correct color and coordinate everything like I had planned. By the way, I am African-American. So you all can get the gist of the story. So as I was trying to pick out my balloons. The cashier in the back at the balloon stand, kept watching me and I caught him kept glaring at me like 3-4 times like I was trying to steal something. Not one time he asked if he could help me. So I finally picked out what I needed, so when I went to the register to pay for my items. The lady saw I was looking rather disgusted and I just politely let her know whether if I should put all of this stuff back because I really felt like I was racially profiled in this store! So she was like, I am so sorry you were uncomfortable, I did not think her apology was genuine, and I walked out and trust me I will never step foot in that...
