Burger King — Restaurant in Greenville

I had a coupon for the order of 2 whoppers and 2 small fries. I must say this store is clean when you walk inside with a great smell of burgers on the grill. Every time I want a burger and have a coupon for it, it will be Burger King. I have been going to Burger King since I was a child living in District Heights, Maryland., and that smell is the same, man, delicioussso. On the real, this store is always clean with the friendliest workers ever. I mean they smile at you and greet you so warmly. They make my order perfect every time and the fries are always from the oil, hot as hell. I ride the bus and those fries still be warm with a crisp to it. The only thing that really concerns me about the burgers now is that they don't be looking like the picture on the coupons. I mean the burgers on the coupons are big and fat with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, and you can even see all the ingredients. But when I open my bag and pull out my whopper, it's flat and then I open the wrapping and my burger is flat with dark lettuce and maybe a tomatoe or two and then the pickles are hiding from me, meaning I have to place my stuff back together. The taste is on point with the melted cheese but I just wished somebody would care enough to make the burger like the coupon's picture with more fresh lettuce and other ingredients. I am not saying the ingredients are not fresh, I am saying they need to stop rushing and make the sandwiches with some love. When I go to that store most of the time they are not busy, so why not make the burgers/sandwiches they way you would make it for yourself. Other than that issue, the food...

My so called promotional coupon for doing a 15 min survey ended up being worthless. I was told it was due to the local franchise owners. They are the Carrol group apparently.

It ended up costing more to get my sandwich with the coupon and survey code than if I didn't have it at all. This has to be why no one ever eats here anymore. Location is near bells fork on Charles. Really sad :(. My Gma passed away so it happened to be her favorite sandwich so I jumped at the chance to do a survey from my last breakfast there only to be told no at ever corner and that if I just wanted the sandwich or just the sandwich with the fries (eitherway) it would costing me more than the actual sandwich without the coupon I had to do a 15 min survey just to aquire.

Bad business. I live right around the corner but no more breakfast lunch or anything else for me at that place again. Already looks like it needs all it can...

Wonderful. Such a friendly staff. A young black girl was working the drive thru this afternoon. She came in the dining room when she got a second and wanted to know if I needed anything. That speaks volumes for an employee in my opinion. She didn't have to do that, not in her job description I am sure, yet she did. Don't remember her name but because of HER, I will make this location to eat. I live an hour away and visit Greenville once a week. Next time I will be sure to get her name, she is...
