I ordered a bouquet for my wedding this past weekend from Tim. I went to the shop a few months out with my husband and mother-in-law. I showed Tim a picture of a bouquet I liked online. He told me that most the flowers in the picture were fake. I told him my main concern was the bouquet be made with real flowers and that my biggest request was it was purple regardless of the flowers used. He assured us that it could be done and at a low cost. Fast forward to my wedding, the bouquet was not at all what I requested. Although, the arrangement was beautiful it was all white. There was very little purple in the bouquet which was disappointing since that was my biggest concern and I was told it could be done. While out of town my mother called to inform them that the arrangement was incorrect. Tim told her that it did not matter since he added flowers of higher value than what I had paid for and that no one has ever complained on him in 45 years. He told her he does not have the power to recreate a wedding so he is not sure what she expects of him. She asked for a refund in which he said he needed to call the owner to discuss the matter and hung up. My mother was very appalled with the lack of professionalism and manners displayed. I am currently in the hospital and my boyfriend had some flowers delivered from this shop. I felt so bad for him when we saw them. Even the nursing staff made some comments. The flowers look literally like someone grabbed a bunch of half dead, dried up flowers and just threw them in a vase with no thought in the arrangement at all! I was already having a bad day and was in tears when these arrived. Then seeing the flowers upset me even more. Felt like a slap in the face to him and myself. Everyone noticed how ugly they were. You guys don't have time to make an appropriate arrangement then maybe you should've just passed. Now I'm heavily insulted by the arrangement you thought I deserved. Might as well have put dog poop on sticks it put it in a vase along with every did pedal you could find in the shop! Thanks a lot for the most insulting flower bouquet I've ever seen. Thank you for kicking me when I'm down. I assure you these will be going to straight in the garage along with your reputation. I will never return to your shop nor will any of my family and friends.
