I usually do not do reviews however, my experience at KFC today, Sunday, January 7, 2024 between 11:30 am. & 12:30 pm was so below KFC standards that I hope my review will bring change to a once awesome fried chicken place that has provided lots of great family dining experiences for generation in the past. I ordered an 8 piece meal, potatoes, gravy, and Mac n Cheese for the sides for some of my family. I ordered 2 large sides of Mac n cheese for my 10 year old son bc he loves KFC's Mac n Cheese. Our order came with 2 sides of potatoes and gravy, no mac n cheese. I did not complain bc my husband will eat leftovers. My son's Mac n cheese, 2 large costing $10.38, came dry, clumped up and burnt on top. I took it up to the counter person who just waited on us, made eye contact and was immediately made to wait. I know she saw me holding the 2 large Mac n cheese containers. I waited 8 minutes until she came to help me. I explained the problem and she walked away and another lady came over. I explained once again and requested fresher Mac n Cheese. She said "they are fresh they were made today. If I give you others they were also made today." I asked for a refund. She said "we do not give refunds. Can I get you other sides? I said my son comes here for the Mac n Cheese. He does not eat anything else here. Then I asked how can you sell this Mac n Cheese when it's dry, clumpy and burnt on top. With a smile she said " We do not do refunds. Would you like other sides?" As she's turning and walking away. At this point I could tell she was lacking lots of customer service skills nor did she care. I asked for a large french fry and a Cole slaw, knowing my son would maybe eat the fries and I could take the Cole slaw home. I sat down to eat my chicken, potatoes with gravy. All these foods were bland and the only flavor I could taste vinegar, not a good sign. I asked my husband how his food was and he said no flavor. I was scared to try the Cole slaw but at this point the best thing there was the Dr. Pepper so I tried it. To my surprise it was great! Until after a few bites an announcement on the intercom was "It's time to wash your hands. And don't forget to sanitize." Then announcement repeated. I looked at my family, stopped eating the cole slaw and said I am totally grossed out. KFC do you honestly think that the persons you hire really need that reminder? If so, do you honestly think this helps your business for customers to hear it? I decided to go talk to the manager to let him/her know how I felt about the service I received today. I went to the counter only to have a 5 minute wait bc the counter person was on her personal phone, in conversation with someone. When she did come over and I asked her to speak with the manager she brought out the same lady I already spoke with. This lady came walking out with the same attitude. Headset on and asked me to repeat what I had just asked her. My response at this time was, nevermind I was going to give you a second chance to show me you really did care for your customers but I can see that you do not so I'll write a Google review instead. My hopes are that KFC reads this and makes the appropriate changes, KFC standards, so it can stay in business for many more...

If I could I would give it no stars, I know it’s fast food, but there is minimum standard that you guys must follow and I normally don’t enjoy giving negative reviews as I know the food service can be brutal, but this place needs to be shut down, cleaned with wire brushes, a LOT of soap, bleach and degreaser, and re-opened.
Placed my order online, drove to the drive through, when I get there they told me I have to walk in, couldn’t give it to me going to the drive through.
When I walked in the restaurant my order was NOT ready but on my app it said it was, they didn’t bother to tell me they were out of the items I ordered. However they market it complete.
May I add there was 1 person going through the drive-through 2 people inside the fast food restaurant ( myself and another customer)
There were 4 employees and 1 employee coming in (5 workers total) three orders and they couldn’t get it right or fry more CHICKEN!
The place needs to be inspected by the health department, smelled like old grease, the floors were disgusting, and I get it, floors do get dirty after a full day in a restaurant, however that floor hasn’t seen water and bleach in months! It should be washed not mopped, every night.
Not only they were out of chicken, they mixed up my order with the other person that also ordered online and a simple “what is the name on your order!” Would have solved some of issues.
The Poor girl that tried to help me was trying her best, but not a lot of training on what to do, when she asked for a manager she wasn’t sure who to call, so she looked at the kid taking drive through orders and he said I had to do it online.
The “manager” I think she was the manager, was running around like a chicken without a head. She desperately needs training and more support from the higher ups. The kid at the drive through didn’t care at all, uniform very very dirty, misinformation and pretty said that’s all we got, fryers were off before 630pm, even though the restaurant closes at 10:00PM, at 6:50PM I could see the baskets hanging from the edge of the fans on top of the fryer and they were there for a while, also the fans above the fryer were off.
The other lady making sandwiches not wearing gloves while handling your already cooked food.
I guess 1 star is for the drive through order, and two employees that tried their best, because that was the only order they could fulfill.
Get your ducks in row, train your employees, close earlier if that’s what needs to do to save money, Fry chicken, that’s the main item in your menu, and your fryers shouldn’t be off at 6:30PM iD you advertise it’s open until 10:00PM and above all clean this place….
Worst KFC I have seen. Col Sanders is turning over in his grave.
I will be calling the health department tomorrow. Someone will get really sick, or die from food poisoning...
Read moreWent through drive thru & ordered 4 famous bowl fill up meals, 1 with no gravy. Pulled to the window & the total was roughly $22, they said they couldn’t break a $100 bill.. I’ve worked in the fast food Industry & I know that if you don’t have the change in your drawer the manager on shift IS ABLE TO MAKE CHANGE. They told us to pull up to the front of the restaurant & said they would bring our food out.. we wait about 5 minutes & they bring it out. As always I check my food to make sure everything is correct & it was horrible. The gravy was practically water & There was barely any mashed potatoes. So I take it back inside to show them the disappointment they called famous bowls & the staff was so rude. The cashier was with a customer who was ordering a 12 piece of grilled chicken.. they said that they didn’t have that much & it would be 28-30 minutes if he wanted it. So he asked if he could get an 8 piece instead, they still didn’t have enough & told him it would still be 20 minutes. This restaurant had maybe 3 people inside & 1 other car in the drive thru. There was no reason at all that they should’ve been this sloppy & unprepared. I was very dissatisfied & dissapointed. Probably won’t be returning to this location. Literally only gave them 1 star because 0 stars...
