On January 21, 2021, we went to DQ. Got Burgers and treats. The best thing on this order was the treat. We have usually gotten good from from this restaurant. On this date, we were really disappointed. We had just come through Covid and wanted a burger. We decided to go to DQ. Got the burgers home. The bread was stale. Hard around the edges. The meat was cold and dry. The Cheese and bread stuck together but not melted. This was the worst burger I have ever eaten anywhere in town. I meant to call and complain to the restaurant, but put it off a few days. Last week. On wednesday, I finally had a few minutes to spare. I called the restaurant to let them know about the burgers and our disappointment. The person I spoke to asked me if we still had the burgers, I said, what??? No.....I have the receipt. I was told that unless I had the food and the receipt, that they would not do anything. I did not complain about treats, fries or drinks...I did not expect anything from those. I worked for Chick fa la for 2 years in management. If someone was this disappointed in their meal, we compted the items that were not good. I was shocked with the attitude of the person I spoke to. I have to tell you, everytime I think of DQ, I will remember, number 1, those burgers, number 2 the attitude of the person...
Read moreIt is disappointing to report that my recent experience at the Dairy Queen in Greenville Texas was not up to par. While the service was efficient, the food was not satisfactory. The fries on my order were served cold and hard, which was a letdown. It would have been appreciated if they were fried fresh.
Additionally, when I asked for a menu item that is available at another location, the drive-thru attendant was not very polite in her response. Instead of politely explaining that they did not offer the item, she rudely told me that if it was not on the menu, I should not ask for it. I was also disappointed to find out that the chicken fried steak sandwich on toast that I usually enjoy at the Royse City location was not available at this location.
Lastly, the toast that came with the steak finger box was just a slice of bread, which was not what I was expecting. It is disappointing to see that even in a time of rising food prices and a recession, the quality of the food is not up to par. I hope the management takes note and makes the necessary...

Update ; 11/08/2020 America has been hit with a terrible pandemic, more especially Greenville, Tx. As I travel throughout the Great state of Texas, I frequent alot of Dairy Queen's. The facility in Greenville stands alone in the inability to expedite an order correctly. It happens in the fast food industry and is somewhat acceptable. However, when a customer tries to inform management of such an issue, one should not have to endure being hung up on, over the phone, nor should they have a shift manager express comments that are indicative of profiling one as a lier, which inevitably is a reflection on the training staff or even the Manager. Great food, good times, however, if you find yourself at the Greenville location, you will probably want to check you order before you...
