Don't go here! Customer service is horrible and manager on duty seems to only care that he has some warm bodies. I ordered 3 different items. I had to go back to counter to get ALL 3. My 3rd trip was from coming back from outside. Insolent worker returned to bag my 3rd item and slide it to me w/o offering any apology. Then as I'm leaving counter another customer whose drinks she delivered to their tables but w/o Straws returned to get his Straws. The worker offered him a genuine "I'm sorry about that." Yet she offered nothing to me! Then when I spoke to the mgr. About her, he offers a BS "we apologize." OWNER, soon your location will be shut down too with this type of...

Usually always super great when I come in, except this visit was very chaotic. The lady taking orders, Angela, couldn’t remember what I ordered when I told her the first time, very clearly. After finally ordering, the man bringing food out was calling my number and completely oblivious to the fact I was waving my hand for him to bring me my food. After he took my food back to the kitchen, I went to the counter to tell Angela that was my food, not once, not twice but 5 times because she couldn’t “hear” me. Very disappointed in this visit. They aren’t even very busy. Hope for it to be better next time.

This location just makes me so sad. I love CE but this location I have tried 4 different times and am constantly disappointed. The chicken tastes sour and is always old. I always ask for well done chicken and fries and have never gotten it. They even wait to bring it out like they're going to trick me? Seems pretty obvious it's the same old sour chicken and gummy fries. They also give you about 25-50% of the amount of gravy every other location gives and it tastes watered down. You probably wouldn't have to pass credit card processing charges onto the customer if you'd focus on putting...
