They don't even rate 1 Star. At 7:07pm I called in my order a Jr cheese burger all the way with FF and regular cheeseburger all the way with mustard and mayo and FF. At 7:14pm I arrived and called them on the phone since I was being igniored by the two car hops inside. I was at the driver through window. The same girl that took the order answered the phone and she acted very confused then says ohhh your at the window yes I already told you that well let me find it. Well I observed a order that was sitting on the counter that no one seemed concerned with getting it to the customer when I arrived. So I continued to wait. I then saw a car hop walk up the the order and carry it outside. While she's outside walking around the girl that took the order and answered the phone comes up to the window and says can I help you. Yes I called you already I'm Judy and I'd like my order. This girl was clueless. Meantime the other carhop is walking around outside with the other she took out and finally comes back in with it. The other girl says something to her and she brings the order to me. I give her my card this was rung up at 7:17pm. (Going by my lcell phone time which is correct and the times I called were logged on my phone it was actually 7:25pm)My order was ready when I pulled up at 7:14pm I sat there and waited 11 minutes while clueless workers igniored me even after I called and told them I was at the drive-in window. The girl and guy stood there talking and ignored me and the only one actually working was the girl that's first name Starts with O. It wasn't her fault I totally blame the girl that took the order first on the phone, then again answered when I told her I was there and then the same girl comes to the window and acts like she had no idea what I'm talking about. The FF were cold and tasted like old grease and the burgers were soggy and cold. Won't ever be going to the Sonic again. If your going to work give 100% otherwise you might as well stay home. These kids need more supervision and training. They need to know if you work you work your not there to talk with your co-workers workers but to attend to the customers. Otherwise quit and let them now a kid that really wants FB feed...
Read moreThey haven’t had gravy for the dry chicken strips in 3 months and I only know this for a fact because I’ve ordered the chicken strip dinner with gravy as the dip two times now in a 3-month time period around 4-8 pm. Both times the employee taking the order over the speaker takes the order without saying they’re out of gravy, let’s me pay for the food, then brings out the food without the gravy and doesn’t tell you at all that you’re missing what you’ve ordered and paid for. The exact same situation occurred both times where we found out they’re out of gravy by looking in our bag to check the order and realizing there’s no gravy. There’s also never the single onion ring that comes with the chicken strip dinner box. Both times this occurred the carhop brought it out, said nothing, then when called again over the speaker to ask about gravy they send out a carhop that tells us they’ll go see if there’s any. Both times there wasn’t any at all and no other dip was even offered in place of the gravy. The carhops excuse both times was they’re short staffed and didn’t know they were out of gravy. So that means multiple employees saw the order with gravy on it, made the order, packed the order, checked the order, and finally took us the order bagged up with a receipt knowing it wasn’t as ordered. Without letting us know…. We only found out because we checked while we were still parked in the stall. No apology and absolutely no attempt at all to provide customer service.

Read moreI ordered on the app AFTER we arrived so that any delay on my part would not result in cold, soggy food (foreshadowing here) with clear and simple substitutions to our burgers. The burgers came out menu standard and COLD. I called in to the restaurant, which was not busy, BTW. We were one of maybe 5 cars in the entire parking lot. No answer. Ok, so I have an out of state number... maybe they think it's spam. Call right back in ...bc spam doesn't do that from the same number. No answer. I walk up and knock on the door and explain my issue to a girl who looks like she'd rather be doing anything other than talking to me. Fair enough. I'm not a huge fan of being told I've made a mistake either...but I didn't blame her...simply explained that there had been an issue with the burgers, but now I have wasted too much time here to wait for replacements and can manage the burgers we received if they would just provide me pickles and condiment packets. She goes to her manager, who leaves me standing outside in below freezing temps while she scrolls through the past orders to verify that they had indeed made a mistake before allowing the girl to give me a cup with 8 pickle slices in it. No real apology, no offer of a refund. I give them 2 stars 🌟 only because the text line for issues credited me for the sandwiches after a text conversation that spanned over 20 minutes and required multiple screenshots of my order and 2 explanations (one to the automated and one to the actual agent).
