Everyone was so nice and explained things to me on a level of my understanding. They helped when I asked questions and were very descriptive to make sure there were no misunderstandings. So, as an overall rating I’ll give it a great review for their GREAT work! ✌🏼
EDIT; My first review was 5 stars but now it’s 1. I am making a second review, an updated version from my last one. I brought a second mattress after I returned the first one because it didn’t inflate right and was hard as a rock. The manager herself told me that if I wanted to I could return the second one if I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase, but I just got off the phone with her…and she said that I couldn’t return my SECOND one because it was due to me being “unsatisfied” instead of there being a problem with the actual product like the last one. Basically I was lied to so DON’T SHOP HERE! They will gleefully return something that’s defective, but as soon as you aren’t satisfied, they don’t care and won’t return to give you a full refund. I already brought another mattress so there isn’t a reason for me to keep this one.
Edit 2; I spoke with the regional manager, and he was super sweet and helpful about this situation. They have agreed to compensate me by giving me a refund with a 20% restocking fee, but that’s fine with me. Read moreEverything went very well, until we got to the payment part of the process. I repeatedly said that I wanted to pay with my credit card, but the sales lady set me up for a payment plan for TD. Which I didn’t know was a bank. I stated again that I wanted to use my credit card, and the sales lady completely ignored what I said and proceeded with the purchase plan setup. I was very tired at this point, and so I thought I would just pay the bill at the transaction website, again not understanding that this was a bank loan for a bank. I was not provided with any information about TDBank, as to how I was to pay the loan that I didn’t want or need. When I called Ashley furniture to to try to get this corrected, I was told that I would have to wait until after 10am when the store was open. Then, they would be able to take my credit card payment over the phone. I called back after 10, and was told it would take a few hours to get the loan cancelled. So, I called back in a few hours, and was told it would take days to be refunded. So, they just kept putting me off. Then, I said that I was told I could go ahead make the credit card payment over the phone. After being put on hold, they finally took my card payment. I was in a chat with LATRAVIA. She disconnected from me saying they were closed three different times because she did not want to answer my questions. What kind of customer service is that ASHLEY HOME FURNITUTE? I checked a better business bureau website. Ashley home furniture has a 1.12 rating with the Better Business Bureau, that is sad. Do not let them fool you. They have no customer service skills at all and they are liars. This morning. I chatted with three different people; JASON, KAY, and AMANDA. That was a joke. I was in a chat with them from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and I still do not have a couch for my 82-year-old Mother. JASON QUOTED me a delivery fee of $79.99 to deliver. And then the next agent gets on the line and tells me $219.00. How do you quote somebody a price and then take it back That is some crappy customer service.
