My husband bought me an Enewton bracelet from this boutique as a gift. Unfortunately, it broke the 3rd time I wore it. When I tried to exchange it for a new one (with my receipt and broken bracelet in hand) the young clerk informed me in an abrupt, rude tone, "well there is nothing we can do, you can try and send it to Enewton on your own, and if you have all the beads they can repair it for you. When she saw I was not pleased with her response, she then became a little friendlier about the situation. Really, It's So Wright! There is nothing "wright" about your rude, unapologetic clerk! Furthermore, you should have offered to take care of the brand new broken bracelet for me. Enewton replaced my bracelet and was very kind and helpful about it, unlike you. Such a cute store with a large variety of super great gifts for any occasion, sadly the staff and environment is extremely unwelcoming and stale. I walked in and was not greeted, but immediately followed around the store by the girls who work there. They were not open to helping any of the customers instead they opted to watch us like we were going to steal while being located directly in front of the register. They gave us dirty looks very directly and it seemed as if they did not want to see anyone who didn't look like them to be in the store. Super disappointing and off putting, the store should very much prioritize hiring associates who are friendly and outgoing and that also LOOK like they want...

I’ve shopped here for years. However, one thing I’ve noticed in the past 4 years is that they’re very judgmental. The staff will stare you down if you come in wearing shorts and a t-shirt. It’s like they give this look as if you shouldn’t be shopping there because you can’t afford it. They follow you around like you’re going to steal something. And it’s clear that they think they’re above you. It’s honestly so sad because there’s no where else in Greenville that I can shop my favorite brands.
