I just wanted to make a PSA. NEVER will we do business with Jenni K Jewelry EVER again. And just a little backstory back in February. I had to get my engagement ring cut off due to swelling after pregnancy. It was about a size 5 3/4 and they recommended to go to a size 7. I also had two heirloom rings given to me by Matt’s grandmother that I wanted to use as my wedding bands. I wanted them curved into a half moon shape to sit with the engagement ring and not rub. I was quoted 4-6 WEEKS. We just got them back and it’s almost June. We had gotten a call two weeks ago they were finished. Went to pick them up and the bands weren’t touched and my engagement ring was a size 7.5. Too big. They told me it’d be done that week or the beginning of the next, this was on a Thursday. As of YESTERDAY they still were not touched for the second fix. Matt took charge and called and told them we’d just come pick them up. And yet today I get a call that they were finished. Went to talk to them this afternoon and they acted like nothing was wrong, they were “finished” but rushed. They look it as well. The bands are not equally rounded and not how I wanted them rounded and the engagement ring is still too big even though I was told “it’s close to a 7”. I’m not the type to do this but these are my wedding bands and I have yet to get to wear them since getting married. I feel disrespected and pushed around and not heard with them. There was no communication in their end, I called weekly for updates and got no response. I am hurt and can’t even believe we paid a dime. They are still wrong and now we have to go somewhere else and hope the metals aren’t too damaged from all the other resizings done and get...

I finally kept a piece for myself! This is the best place to buy gifts, they will always be unique and beautiful. The craftsmanship is outstanding. All the staff are very knowledgeable. When making custom pieces they are very sure to get all the details. Repairs have clear expectations and are great quality. Ive never been unhappy. You will get so many compliments. It's also nice that there are items ranging from just a few dollars all the way up, sky is the limit. Prices are always good.

I recently visited Jenni K to shop for a few pieces for myself, after having received several beautiful gifts from them over the years. While there, I picked out a few stacking rings, some dainty two-tone earrings, and a lovely pearl ring. I also came across a one-of-a-kind smoky quartz bangle that I absolutely loved—but unfortunately, it was too small. The Jenni K team was incredibly helpful. They measured my wrist, offered to resize the bracelet, and ship it to me since I live a couple of hours away. They kept me informed throughout the process, and about four weeks later, the resized bangle arrived. It’s exactly what I hoped for! I’m so happy with the final piece and truly appreciate the care and service from the Karsin, Jenni, and the rest of the Jenni K team. I'll absolutely be back!...
