This is one of the worst Starbucks locations that I go to, and I probably go to about 4-5 different Starbucks stores a week as I travel between Greenville and Spartanburg a lot. I order my cold brew the same at every locations. At every other store I get a consistent taste with what I order, but not at this store. The cold brew always taste watered down, even when i order it with LIGHT water. Occasionally I will watch them make it and ask “can you go a little heavier on the cold brew?” And I am ALWAYS argued with when I ask this. The barista starts to tell me “oh it already is extra, we normally only put this much”. I have to be insistent on how I want my coffee made or they will make it however they feel like. Then, because I normally have so many issues with getting my drink to taste right straight from the barista, I usually get extra sweet cream on the side. This has never been an issue at any other Starbucks. They happily give me a small cup with the extra cream and it’s not a big deal. Not at this Starbucks. They will forget it and then give me an attitude if I ask for it again, and at one point a barista raised her voice to me after I had to ask multiple times for the extra sweet cream. Recently my husband ordered my drink and they actually charged him for the extra sweet cream, which had NEVER happened, at this Starbucks or any other Starbucks, before today. I tried to call the store multiple times and speak with a manager but no one ever answered. Oh, and if your drink is made wrong, forget about them re making it without rolling their eyes and making it very apparent to you that they don’t want to remake it, or even arguing with you that it was made right. Overall, worst Customer Service that I have ever experienced at a Starbucks and...
Read moreSeptember 9th 2023 I visit this location around 12:40-1:00 and upon my entrance I ordered a (Venti Hot Caramel Macchiato) with oatmilk the young man that fix my drink I simply seen with my two eyes he put five pumps of vanilla to a HOT macchiato which supposedly have only (four)to a Venti (hot caramel macchiato)and then on top of it he put extra extra caramel which I didn't request anything extra, when I received my drink . I took a sip of it and it was ABSOLUTELY TOO SWEET. I asked him to make it over him and the Hispanic guy laughed in this case, this isn't a laughing matter this young guy simply did it again with a attitude exactly the same way Too sweet. so asked for my money back, if they would simply make the drink accordingly to the recipe that would eliminate some of their problems, but surprisingly when a customer suggests their drink to be made accordingly to the recipe the employer gets mad, from my experience I advise people to record situations like this, I'm a customer like anybody else that spends there money in Starbucks shouldn't have to experience (witnessing) as such. I asked for money back, the Hispanic guy gave me my refund I told him that it's important for his employees to follow...
Read moreI was deciding what I wanted at the Starbucks window and I was asking the girl if there was caffeine in the Strawberry Acai. She asked me how I wanted it, and I told her with coconut milk. A guy comes in on the intercom and says with a stern voice “Lemonade or water?” I said “coconut milk.” “So you want a pink drink.” “I guess so”. I get to the window, pay for our drinks, and she asks him if it’s a pink drink. He says to her mumbling “She changed her order 3 times so..” Which I did not. I never changed my order. I ask her if it’s coconut milk and she says yes. We drive off. It is not. It’s something that has foam on top and tastes like lemonade.
Dude in the white pony tail needs some serious customer service skills. I go to this location often and this was unacceptable in more ways than one. If you don’t like your job, and get mad because someone doesn’t know if it’s “pink” drink instead of just “coconut milk”, get a new job. I’ve been served by him before and he’s a grump and not remotely friendly. Waste of my money...
