I purchased the Codie Camo tote. The dimensions listed are 15H X 12L X 5.5D. Well the bag is not 15’ in height unless you count the small handles on the bag. I wanted my initials as rGd but I just got all bold letters. Now that I go back and look at the site I can see that I made the mistake with my initials. It’s very easy to do because the layout of the website is not user friendly or visually appealing. In fact I was not going to order because the site seems sketchy. I was very disappointed with the size of the bag and the small tiny shoulder strap. However the beauty and quality of the bag made me over look my issues. I love it. I can't speak highly enough of The Pink Monogram, the owner Monica and her daughter. Not only do they do pristine work in their craft, they are also some of the nicest people I have met. Their shop has so many fabulous ideas for any occasion to monogram but you can also take your own goods there. They did work on three of my chef coats and I couldn't be more impressed They were timely on their work as well a detail oriented. Monica took the extra time to have me put on the jackets and carefully place a paper mock up to be sure the placement was correct. The final product, colors and font were perfect.
