My boyfriend took me in to get a promise ring. It was a nice ring but I needed it to be a different size. The guy who was helping us put something on the actual ring to fit my size. Leaving a big gap between the band and the actual ring. He didn’t actually make the band to fit my finger, he put something on the ring to fit my finger and twisted it around the band. Asked for our money back, he instantly started sweating. We received our money back, but was very nasty at the end. Told us that we wasted his time and such. Smh....

The guy is a fast talker and when you buy jewelry it breaks or not 100% real gold.. I have spent good money there and the diamonds fall out they replaced it with a CZ diamond. I traded my wedding ring because it broke and the repair man burnt the ring so bad. I had to take it back and they will recharge you for sizing after you have already paid..PLEASE DO NOT spend your hard earn money with thiz store you will be disappointed..I am contacting the Better...

They have always been very fair to me. I have taken jewelry back for sizing and was never charged. One of the smaller diamonds fell out of my wife’s ring that we had purchased a few weeks prior while we were out of town. I took a picture and sent to the owner. When we returned he sent the ring off and the diamond was replaced free of charge. My wife use to be in the jewelry business and she knows that all the diamonds are real.
