Paragon Geeks — Local services in Greenwood Village

Kevin is Top notch. We called several phone repair stores in hopes of getting my wife’s phone screen replaced as it had quit working entirely. Multiple places didn’t have the screen on hand and it would’ve taken until next week.

We called Paragon geeks and 45 mins later we were in for an appointment. It took Kevin all of about 15 minutes to replace the screen entirely including removal and completion.

After he finished the price reflected differently than what we had been quoted, fortunately they record the phone calls so they were able to go back and listen and see that indeed they had quoted me $200. They honored the original price given even though the part cost was significantly more $279.

As long as they are in business, I will absolutely go out of my way to bring all future phones that need to be repaired here.

10/10 would recommend!

Called, had a bundle deal for 2 tablets. Said he would order the parts, recieve them the following day by noon. Would come and pick the tablets up, and return them within 2 hours or so. Well the following day I reach out at 1:18pm asking if we're still good for the repair etc. Replied about 2 hours later with "waiting on parts". And that was the last I heard. He wasted my entire Saturday of having a reputable repair service come and fix the devices. May be he doesn't actually know how to fix actual damage other than a screen of a device. I at least wouldn't expect any more than that...

Do not use this place. The “screen” he used as a replacement lifts an extra centimeter off my phone, and my regular case doesn’t fit anymore. It cracked immediately after being dropped off my bed onto carpet. The touch pad is all out of whack and I have to type things so much slower now to make sure I hit the correct buttons. Not to mention, my credit card got hacked a week after this encounter…which I’m not blaming them for, but it is extremely fishy. Would not recommend.
