Mexican Food "Taqueria El Comalito" is a great add-on to the DTC area(remodeled). My bf got the Trio chicken Enchiladas, which were delicious(green chile, cheese, and red salsa). I got 4 pastor tacos, and they were sweet due to the pineapple. I added a little bit of salt for my tasting, but other than that, it's was yummy. My bf got a Mexican coke it was super cold, just like it should be. My drink was a Fresa Augua Fresca(Strawberry Sweet Drink), which came in a secure cup like the bobba cups you see, so it was good for taking home they also had Tamarindo (Tamarid) and Horchata(Sweet Rice milk drink). They have an outdoor area with plenty of tables and seating. Overall lovely environment. The service was fast and friendly.

My husband and I recently tried this new Mexican restaurant, and we were both so impressed! The food is authentic, delicious, and full of flavor—just like the dishes my husband grew up with. You can truly taste the love and tradition in every bite. The restaurant itself is cute and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true taste of Mexico. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a really mixed experience. The California burrito with asada was pretty great (though fries were a little tough), and the rice & beans were pretty good. Unfortunately the birria (and especially consome) was really lacking on flavor. The salsa that comes with the chips & salsa was very disappointing, it had the taste and texture of canned tomato sauce. The salsas for the tacos were much better.

But the biggest issue is the price. $5 for a small thing of rice, $5 for a small thing of beans, $5 for chips and salsa, $15 for the burrito, $20(!) for the birria. After tax and tip this was over $60 for just-okay food.

Even though I liked the burrito, I don’t see us returning when other spots have better food all around for...

Happened upon this place today by accident. I had been looking for the flower shop around the corner. Starving, I took a chance. I'm so glad I did! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I got a to-go because I still needed a flower pot during my lunch. They were fast!

I landed on the Asada Fries. Carne Asada is overcooked and dry 90% of the time. This was made while I waited. So were the fries. It doesn't get any hotter and fresher. The only criticism I have would be that they use nacho cheese on the fries. That's too bad. Real Shredded quality cheese would make this a 5-star meal. It's still very good, don't get me wrong.

Overall, this was a very happy accident and I can't wait to go back to try the...
