UPDATE 10/01/2020 If you use this company, please be aware that you will have to use Pathlight property management to manage your rental bills, including utilities and so far Pathlight is less than helpful. Upfront, the Colorado home choice team is great and very helpful but then they pass you along to Pathlight for them to manage the property and it hasn’t been too pleasant. My family was moving from St. Louis, MO to the Denver area. We had six months to find a home. Luke and Keely were great. They were patient, understanding and very knowledgeable about the process. They even provide a number of virtual tours of houses that we were unable to see while we were in Denver house hunting. While the experience was stressful at times due to the other things that come along with moving from one state to another.
