Green Vape & Smoke — Local services in Greenwood

The Green Vape and Smoke business is using very shady business tactics. They do not list their prices on any items in their store, they charge different prices for the same items each time you visit, employees are not very helpful or knowledgeable about the products they sell, they charge more tax than they should be, and who knows what else is going on behind the scenes. On my last visit, I purchased two bottles of e-juice and was told it was $32.99 plus tax. Indiana sales tax is 7% so my total should have been roughly $35.29. I was charged $40 and some change, so even if they were charging 15% sales tax which I believe has went into effect for some or all vape products, that should only be roughly $37.93. So where does that extra couple of dollars come into play? The first time I went here was a great experience and I thought I found a permanent shop to go for to get my vape supplies. But now with the way that they handle their business, rip off their customers, don't advertise their prices or specials and much more makes me never want to give them my business ever again and if you are reading this, I would advise you to not shop there either until they stop this shady behavior and act like a proper business. As a long time vaper, I love this store. It has the best vape juice selection and FAIREST PRICES in the area. The staff are friendly and often point out deals and sales, saving me money. I've shopped at most of the vape shops in Greenwood and the #1 reason I keep coming back to this one is that they do a good job of rotating out expired juices so I don't waste my money on old nasty junk. Most of the other stores in greenwood, especially the "franchise with all the green neon lights" almost all of their juice I've purchased is old/dark, tastes funky, ruins my coils, and their employees/owners are clueless about it or dont care. I have exclusively bought from Green Vape & Smoke for nearly a year now since finding them after living in Greenwood for 6 years and I dont plan to return to their underwhelping competitors any time soon. 1st time reviewing anything online, ever. Has to be done. Woman working at location next to emporium 31 was stunningly rude and unwelcoming, never lightened up at all. No bag or reciept offered, Felt like i was inturupting something, rushed, ive been in grumpy mood ever since. Kinda hard to mess up homegrown smoke shop vibe but clearly not impossible.
