I went to shop at Kroger. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. From the moment I entered the store until I checked out, I found several aspects worth mentioning about my visit.
First and foremost, I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the store. The shelves were neatly stocked, and the aisles were adequately labeled, making it easy to navigate through the store and find what I needed. The overall layout was well thought out, making it simple to locate different sections and products without feeling overwhelmed.
Furthermore, I observed that the store had a wide variety of products to offer. From fresh produce to everyday essentials and specialty items, Kroger seemed to have it all. The quality of the produce was fresh, and the selection of organic options was particularly commendable. I appreciated being able to find everything I required in one place.
One aspect that stood out to me was the customer service I received. The staff members were friendly, approachable, and ready to assist. They seemed knowledgeable about the store's offerings and were willing to answer any questions I had. It's always reassuring to know that there are helpful individuals readily available should any issues arise during shopping.
Moreover, the checkout process was both quick and efficient. The cashiers were attentive, ensuring that my items were accurately scanned, and the option to use self-checkout machines provided an added convenience for those who prefer a more independent experience. Overall, the checkout experience was hassle-free, making it a breeze to complete my shopping trip.
The only reason from my rating is the occasional instances of long checkout lines. While it wasn't a major inconvenience during my visit, it can be frustrating if one is in a hurry. However, given the overall positive experience, I believe this minor drawback can be overlooked.
In conclusion, my visit to Kroger was a thoroughly enjoyable one. The store impressed me with its cleanliness, wide product selection, and friendly staff. With its convenient location and efficient checkout process, it's a reliable grocery store. I would highly recommend Kroger to anyone looking for a pleasant...
Read moreMy family and I used the coin star machine about 30minutes ago at this location. There is a yellow sign posted on machine "If under $100 can cash at register. We when we finished we had over $100 and went to the customer service desk. There was an elderly man behind waiting as well. We stood there waiting ten minutes with nobody looking our way or helping us. So my wife flagged down an employee by the name of Andrea. Andrea has no customer service and had an attitude as if she was annoyed and bothered that we needed help. First thing she states is that we can use the register if under 100 with an attitude outloud in front of everyone. My wife said its over and Andrea rolled her eyes the first time and then when she got closer over to where I was at the service desk she asked again because my wife didn't want to scream out how much infront of everyone and Andrea rolled her eyes again. (Which should be on service desk camera. Then my wife pointed out to her that Andrea has an attitude (btw this isn't the first time this lady has had an attitude with my wide and my wife didn't report it the first time) Then Andrea starts talking in sarcastic monotone voice and just said "okkkkk. That's being rude?" Wife said yeah yelling it across three isles away infront of other patrons and rolling your eyes is rude. Then my wife got her name and then requested to speak with a manager on duty with the younger gentleman that works self checkout normally (he's always nice). The manager (Keeley) came up to the front. My wife talked to her about what happened and all she said was "I'm sorry she's not normally like that." My wife explained to Keeley that in customer service...even if you're having a bad day you can't act like that. Really nothing got resolved and we ended up seeing a group of them with Andrea at the customer service desk just laughing and Andrea just staring at my wife (which should be on camera as well 9/30/24 between 7:20pm-7:50pm). Obviously based off the reviews there are a few consistent bad eggs at this location that probably shouldn't be in the customer service field. Guy that works nights with glasses at the self checkout is...
Read moreOh Kroger what can I say except the store has gone downhill. Starting with i was in this store a couple weeks ago no one told the lady at the self checkout that the ice machine was down. I bought a large bage totaling 6 .00 . Went to go get the ice ( this was at 815 pm they were not close to closing) and all the bags were melted. Customer service was already closed. Only the front UScan was open. No one could or would give me my money back. So I asked for the Manager. So the young male manager named Matt approached me with his arms folded and annoyed that he had to deal with me. He said he was unable to refund my money and was not going to . He stood towering over me with authority to leave his store. I still have not received my money back nor my bag of ice. I know its only 6 dollars to most but now days that's a big deal to some. It was more the way I was treated . Very poorly and rude. He has seen me on multiple occasions since and refuses still to make it right. The store is also poorly kept especially at night. No carts half the time. They are in the parking lot everywhere. The produce area half the time is rotten fruit and vegetables they are trying to sell over priced. Fruit flies everywhere and again the staff is rude. Then there is the deli that Is closed half the time by 630 at night or they just won't help you. The deli employees are all rude and want to slice your meat their way and not how you want it. That happens all the time. The entire place needs an overhaul on employees and managers. That store has gone down hill in the last year in every department . Sad thing is no one wants to work today. They all complain about there job and how bad it is there. Everyone is also always on their phones . So there are a bunch of problems for you Kroger. You will end up like Marsh and all the other has been grocery stores that...
