At 5:15 PM I ordered online 2 nine piece cauliflower wings and a cheese bread and marinara.I said I would pay at the store. Order said it would be ready at 5:51 PM. Since I had so much time I went into the Grocery store and purchased A few items knowing that I had plenty of time to get to Donatos from Franklin. I got in the drive-through and waited 20 minutes for the vehicle in front of me. When I got to the window I rounded up for donation and paid cash. The time was 5:49 PM. She asked me to pull over and she would call me to the window when it was ready. So I sat there and waited, and waited and waited. A few cars came through including a group of kids that were able to play and talk to all the employees from the window. I got out of my vehicle and asked if my order was ready yet. I honestly believe they didn’t even start my order until I got there how long could it take to make two orders of cauliflower wings and cheese. bread? Finally at 6:29 PM she called me to the window and I said I had two orders of cauliflower wings. And she said the gal just put them in one box. What?! That’s not what I ordered I have three different orders for three different people. I’m going to drop these off for my mom at her house. There were three different ways to order cauliflower wings 2 piece, 18 piece Or 36 piece. If I order two medium drinks would they put them both in one large?? I tried to explain to her that I needed separate orders like what I ordered online specifically she told me not to yell at her?? I was talking through my mask I wasn’t yelling so she goes to get me another box. Really?? No apology, she goes let me just explain this to you? When I open the order there were only nine pieces in the box there wasn’t enough to share. I called the manager of the store inside, waited 10 minutes for her to pick up the phone. I believe her name was Trish. Not only was she rude she didn’t wanna hear it. She said I would just have call the day manager tomorrow??? How is that going to help me this evening. When I questioned how Little was in the box and they were two different orders she told me there was only supposed to be five cauliflower wings in the box and I told her no there should be nine and she told me they don’t have anything that has nine?! Read moreEditing once again! Why would a manager from Donatos Greenwood send me a friend request on FB? Why is that necessary? I'm not understanding the reasoning behind that? Now I need to make sure I'm protecting my home. This is insane. From your mistake. Unbelievable. Time to call Greenwood PD. Finally received a refund after many many attempts to call, email, text, message and file complaints. I do appreciate that, but that is nonsense what I had to go through. Don't accuse people of trying to get a free pizza when they used 700 points to get it. Y'all were wrong. Deleting the Donatos app and will never give another dime to that corporation. Spreading the word as much as I can. Don't steal from innocent people. And don't ignore phone calls or keep people on hold for over 15 minutes. It's rude and unprofessional. Donatos is not that great of pizza to deal with nasty employees like that. I feel sorry for that woman because she is who she is. And that's reason enough to vow to not be anything like that type of person. Go to therapy for the sake of your potential customers. STILL waiting on my refund for my ant filled, fly filled, cold old pizza that was delivered 2 houses down. And then no one wants to answer the phone and process my refund. Doesn't make sense? My order doesn't say that at all. It clearly states my address. Issue the refund. Editing! The driver apparently cant tell the difference between house numbers on the garage and mailbox in the middle of the day and left the pizza 2 houses down. The kind neighbor walked it down 3 hours later. Cold. Full of ants and flies. I call the store. They put me on hold on purpose. They wont answer me. Even when I'm transferred from a 3rd party call center. Im not eating ant filled pizza. I want my refund. I am not in the wrong!!! No wonder they have such horrid reviews!!!! THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At 2:45 I called and they said it had left the store a few minutes before. The store is 4 minutes away so when it still hadn't arrived 10 minutes later I called again.
At 2:55pm They again said it had just left the store (Again?) so I asked to talk to the manager. I was put on hold and 2 minutes later was hung up on.
I tried calling back numerous times getting the recording and finally got someone. I again asked to talk to the manager. While waiting I got a txt from door dash saying it had just been picked up and would be delivered by 3:30. When the manger picked up I asked why my pizza would be an hour late and just got "Because" as an answer so I asked to Cancel the order. They said it was cancelled and I would be refunded.
At 3:05 door dash arrives and I tell her that the order was cancelled. She said OK and took the pizza back to her car and left.
At 3:07 I got a txt saying the driver was having a problem finding my address then another txt saying the driver had confirmed handing my order to me at the door and the order was delivered.
I tried for the next 10 minutes to call the Store and every time the recording said they couldn't answer right now try again later.
So I got into my car, drove to the store. It was like a ghost town. Not a customer in sight, everyone just standing around and no one on the phone. I again asked for the manager. He came out and looked up my order and said it had been delivered (even though 25 minutes earlier he said he had cancelled it), So I asked if he wanted to see the video of the driver carrying the pizza back the her car.
He then blamed everything on Door Dash and cancelled the order. He refunded (guess I'll have to wait and see) my money.
After managing a Domino's for a few years I understand mistakes, but this went WAY beyond that. Lying to me a few times about the order leaving the store, lying about cancelling the order, lying about refunding my money and then blaming Door Dash for the problem.
