I recently went to see "Joker," and I must admit, I wasn't in the best mood when I arrived. The anticipation of the film mixed with my own personal issues had me feeling a bit down. However, my entire evening transformed for the better, thanks to a truly remarkable associate named Kaylie M.
From the moment I approached the concession stand, Kaylie's radiant smile and warm demeanor immediately brightened my mood. She greeted me with genuine kindness and asked how my day was going. Even though I wasn’t in the best spirits, her infectious positivity started to chip away at my grumpiness.
Kaylie took the time to recommend some tasty snacks, thoughtfully suggesting options based on my preferences. Her enthusiasm for her job was evident – it was like she was sharing her excitement for the movie experience itself. I could sense her passion, and it resonated with me, prompting me to indulge in some delicious popcorn and a refreshing drink.
What stood out the most about my interaction with Kaylie was her ability to connect on a personal level. Instead of treating our engagement like a mere transaction, she took a genuine interest in how I was feeling. She asked if I was a fan of the Joker and offered insightful commentary about the film, which sparked a great conversation. By the time I walked away, I felt not only uplifted but also excited about the movie that lay ahead.
As I settled into my seat for the screening, I couldn’t help but reflect on how Kaylie, in just a few minutes, had completely changed my outlook for the evening. Her infectious positivity and attentiveness had turned my frown upside down, proving how powerful a friendly interaction can be.
The film itself was intense and thought-provoking, but the highlight of the night was undoubtedly my interaction with Kaylie M. Employees like her can make a world of difference in the customer experience, and it’s clear she truly cares about the...
Read moreOver my life I have spent countless time and money within your establishment. However due to a car accident and a detour my family and I arrived to the theater late. Our tickets were paid for and we drove 30min just to arrive. The doors were locked we stood out in the cold for 20min knocking and waving and were IGNORED INTENTIONALLY! Not a single ounce of customer service was given. We had to call Greenwood Indiana Regal just to have them acknowledge us being outside waiting and they intentionally would NOT EVEN turn their back as we told them we were outside and would still like to watch our movie or receive a refund. They told us NO and NO Come back tomorrow why would I waste my time to come back tomorrow if we are here now. They sad it was for security reasons. Then I asked could someone just slide it through the door. Then they said NO bc they had apparently shut their computers off and would have to print the voucher. LIE AFTER LIE! they never wanted to help. INTENTIONALLY ignored us, wouldn't help, lied and refused service to a paying customer I REFUSE, to EVER support this establishment or any regal ever again!!! My family will never spend a dime with you because your management team has zero customer service, conflict resolution, or simple understanding. I will be flagging this transaction and also filling a report with the BBB and corporate Bc your management also encouraged other staff members to ignore my family. At this point it's racial discrimination and a terrible customer service Experience overall. I'm appalled...
Read moreThe entrance was clear, clean, well lit. We went to the early afternoon movie and it was not clear where to purchase our tickets. We googled the theater before going for the time the movie we wanted. So our purchase was something we had to ask about. The food menus were bright, clear to read and pricing all very understandable. The directions given to me as to the entrance of my choosen movie was very clear. The seating was very nice and comfortable, electric reclined chairs with large cup holders and the area between seats was more than adiquit. The lighting at floor level and free walking areas were all quit nice yet not disturbing as you watch the movie. The sound was audible enough that as a person with hearing aids I was able to make out every word but choose to leave my devises in for the needed crispness of the spoken words. The restroom areas were labeled and we'll lit all hand washing areas with soap and dryers were working and clean. Floor areas were clean and the bathroom had a pleasant smell but not overbearing. I gave this theater 5 * bc it meet every aspect of a clean, neat, easily accessible to include special seating for handicapped persons either it be wheelchair, walker or cain. Electric recliners were available if you had someone with you or alone. Seating across the board was available to every ticket holder young or old alike. Congrats to this business and...
