Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Greenwood

I've been here a few times and it's never been had more than a few groups or families at a time so we've always been able to find a seat.

Love the examples of ice cream/mix ins (not pictured) they can make. They have a no sugar added vanilla ice cream. I tend to like their "regular" ice creams. Most of them are rich, but that's what I like. I got one of the peanut butter ones they suggest and the worker was willing to switch out the chocolate ice cream for me with the sugar free vanilla. If you want to make substitutions on their premade menu, feel free to ask them!

They have a nice variety of mix ins. Their one cream is pricey for my taste so I don't come here often. I went last night and got their medium. My ice cream was almost overflowing my cup (which was awesome)! It's also fun to watch the workers add the mix ins to your ice cream, an added bonus for some.

The store seemed pretty clean minus a few tables that looked a little sticky or stained. The stafd was actively cleaning/mopping the store when I was there. Personally, wish they would have taken care of the tables first.

Staff was also kind, they did not kick us out or tell us to leave. We saw what they started cleaning and knew it was time to head out.

I have been going to Cold Stone for many years with my family and this was our first visit to this location as we just moved to this state, I have to say everyone of the workers especially Vivian were extremely kind and super sweet, well my youngest daughter tripped walking to the table and dropped her little cup of ice cream, her and I cleaned the entire mess off of the floor , then went back up to the counter and Vivian was so sweet and was going to remake it for my daughter but the manager or owner, I'm assuming an older lady with short hair said no you need to charge her again! Very unprofessional and extremely rude! That is absolutely horrible... accidents happen I've never experienced anything like this anywhere I understand it was not the restaurant's fault but give me a break I just spent $50 on ice cream for my large family and tipped very well also! I had a friend stop to pick up ice cream on the way to my house. It was a 30 minute drive so he asked for it to go. He asked for a chocolate dip waffle cone and the guy said he was too busy to do that(there was only one other customer) so he stated that we had to have a sprinkle waffle cone. My friend stated that it was to go and asked it to have an extra blast to keep it frozen on the way to my house. The guy said he had no idea what we were talking about and then told him that he could not put the ice cream in a to go container because it would break the waffle bowl cone.
