I ordered carry-out & I was unbelievably disappointed. I've always ate inside & everything was great. We spent $89.00 for 2 people b/c they're so greedy & make you order their giant size $22 chopped antipasti salad instead of a individual size. Very disappointed b/c the next day the salad was awful, soggy, & bad... just that fast. I didn't even get to eat any of the salad. I ordered their personal size entrée, baked ziti & I ordered extra sauce & extra ricotta. It did not have either on it. I know this b/c I've ordered it before. They charged me extra & gave me less than normal. I ordered spaghetti & Meatballs personal entrée, meatball was great, but also ordered extra sauce & got regular than normal as well. I ordered their new garlic bread with the cheeses & it alone was $13.50 & over garlicky (I LOVE garlic) way too much, no cheeses, not parm not any. I ordered their $12.50 chocolate chip cannolis, ugh nothing about them was sweet except the chocolate syrup they gave on the side. The cannolis shells were tasteless & the cream on the inside was gritty & unflavored. I do NOT understand what the deal was, but if they don't make it right I will NEVER be back. I was very upset to the fact everything new or sounded good, you had to order in family size pans. Why? That's ridiculous b/c there is only 2 of us & even if we had more to feed? Not everyone LIKES the same thing. I haven't spent this much on any orders any where else unless it's steak dinners or I ordered way more food. The way you have to order is a huge disappointment. I do NOT know why we cannot order the chopped antipasti salad as a side with our entrée or even just one as an entrée type? The robot (guy taking my order) on the phone said I could NOT!! Everything I asked he said no, no, no!!! So I have to order a huge salad that is normally for 4/6 people when I only am feeding 2? It didn't save well. B/c I love the salad from there I went ahead & ordered the huge salad in anticipation id be able to eat on it the next day. Nope!! The online menu is ridiculous & I'm debating if I'd ever order carry-out or eat inside even, b/c their ridiculous menu & how you can only get food for huge families. It made me think its all Pre-made way before b/c the robot on the phone stated "it's the way we prepare our food & we cannot just scoope food from every tray" hmm... really? I understand some food is Pre-made, but that much food? Or how about the chopped antipasti salad??? That should be fresh & made as the day goes, but maybe that is why my salad didn't last over night??? I want real answers & not ones that make absolutely no sense. They need to get a better employee who cares to answer the phone to take orders or ANSWER QUESTIONS, b/c he's rude, unsympathetic & acted like when I called twice to ask questions about their sams club menu. (Everything in...
Read moreI am not one to leave reviews but… Went to BDB tonight and well it’s the last time I will. Got to the restaurant and was led to the table through the kitchen. One sneeze and the salad station would be contaminated. Sat in the center room off the kitchen, booth was comfortable, would have been better if the room wasn’t so loud with other guests that I could have heard the person across my own table. The other parties were not being overly loud, the rooms was just so poorly designed the sound carried and amplified. Got our drinks and found out that the individual meals we remembered on the menu 6 years ago were gone. Ok, our mistake. Order bread sticks with cheese and a small pizza. Bread sticks came out. Well, dry bread with a piece of shredded cheese on one piece came out. Butter, garlic and cheese would have been nice to have on the bread sticks. Then, the “pizza” comes out. Which I am now referring to as the Exxon Valdez oil slick. The entire top has a layer of grease covering it. To the point the waitress brought us a big pile of paper towels to soak up the grease. With out our asking, she already knew. Try picking up a piece of the Valdez, dripping across the table. It was so greasy we had to eat it with a knife and fork. The taste was…. Different? Odd? Unique? That of old pennys mixed in the cheese? That could be my taste buds. Some may like it. I don’t know. Ate half a slice and gave up. Just wanted out at this point. Waitress came back, brought the check, wife asked for a box to get it to go. Guess she was hoping we could do something with it the next day. Well, after the 20 minute drive home. Went to move the pizza out of the box to a Tupperware to put in the fridge. The previously slightly charred and had crust with a floppy mess. Kinda like a dogs tougne hanging out of it’s mouth after a long day of play. But it fit well in our trash can. So it’s got that going for it. In summary, I got a half slice of pizza, dry piece of bread, a coke with a refill, and now a case of the screaming memes for the low low price of $75....
Read moreMy husband and I went there Sunday 12/8 a little after 3pm. The hostess was super nice, and we was sat right away in the bar area. Our server came to our table, she was very attentive and out food came out perfect. The manager Ryan Cain came by our table and as if everything came out okay, and we said everything was perfect. The server brought a refill on drinks and then walked a crossed the room, to a table in the corner, where the manager Ryan and a female manager was sitting. My husband and I was finishing up our dinner, and all the sudden the Manager Ryan became loud with our server, cussing, and telling her that there was issues with her performance, and how she shouldn't be touching other employees as in playing around, how she did not look put together when she came to work, and how she leaves the bar dirty. She said it was a busy weekend and I aske for help and no one could come. She stated that she was doing the best she can and Ryan told her that was not good enough. The server came back to our table you can tell she was crying, and we asked to speak to that manager Ryan, about 10 minutes he came to our table. We told him that the conversation he was having in the dinning area was unacceptable, and the way he was treating our server, his employee, was uncalled for. We said she came back to our table crying because you where very unprofessional to her and we heard everything you said to her. It was just a very rude and uncalled for conversation for customers to hear, and for him to talk to anyone like that. Ryan said I do apologize I didn't realize she still had a table. We was the only table in the bar area and he literally just asked us how our food was. He said well I will just comp your meal. That isn't what we even wanted at all. Then he went back to our server and told her to fix her face because crying on the floor is not tolerated. WHAT.......that is absolutely ridiculous and I am still not sure why this Ryan Cain is a manager, he has no customer service skills, and he has no compassion for his...
