I would like to take the time to point out that Nancy's Floral Responded to my complaint below in a very professional fashion. On the same day that Rob posted a response, a replacement bouquet of flowers was sent to my wife's work along with an apology note. I appreciate the effort that was taken here to resolve my dissatisfaction. The easiest and fastest way to making me happy is to make my wife happy. Thank you for your attention and I will consider doing business with Nancy's Floral again in the future.
So unprofessional. There are far too many florists in the area to chance it with this place.
Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The weather this weekend was terrible and the roads were rough. I get that. (Though plenty of people were getting around town...)
I get the unforeseen circumstances. However, I got no text, no call, no email, nothing. Nothing to notify me that the delivery wasn't coming. So my wife waited all day for flowers and gifts that never came.
I have to imagine V-day is a big day for a florist. The fact that they put such little effort into reaching out to customers is unacceptable.
They did refund my order. No explanation or apology, of course.
There are other places to go. If I were you, I'd try them instead.

Nowhere have I suggested that anyone should have gotten out in the snow to make deliveries. Though plenty of people were out and about, myself included, with a sedan. Regardless, you certainly made a respectable decision to play it safe.
Yet the notion that while you had all these orders, which you willingly took, you couldn't manage to notify customers of delivery cancellations? Really? If your business cannot handle that sort of volume in a professional and prudent manner, perhaps you should reconsider taking all of those orders.
And I'm sorry, but I do not regularly check your website for daily updates. I didn't receive the memo on that.
A phone call (or simple email...) would have been nice. And again, if that isn't manageable... well...
Lastly, I'm glad your customer base is loyal. That is a good thing to have. And I am happy for you. But as this medium is Google Reviews, where folks are looking for reviews of places they likely haven't before dealt with, it is entirely appropriate to bring up these shortcomings.
For customers: there are other places in the area. You might try them first, that's all...

I ordered flowers online on 2/13 to be delivered on 2/14. On the 14th I got an email stating their at capacity and were canceling my order. Thank goodness I checked my email. So I called them to see what could be done. First the couldn't find my order. It took them placing me on hold for 10 mins until they found it. Finally they came back on the line and said they could deliver it on the 15th. I said that was fine.
So on the 15th my wife my wife hadn't received the flowers by 1:30. So I called back and was told they lost the order and would get back to me. About an hour later they called back and said the order had been cancelle d on the 14th. I said no, you guys said you would move it to the 15th. So I had to replace the order again. This time they were going to deliver it on the 16th. I was promised they would be delivered by noon.
Noon rolls around.... and my wife still hasn't receive the flowers. So I call again. I was told they were on the truck. My wife finally gets the flowers at 3 (so 3 hours late!) I ask my wife to send me a picture of the flowers. What she sent me was nothing like I had ordered. The flowers she received were 5 pink roses with these ugly berries. And they were dying. The arrangement I had ordered was called all of you.
So I decided to go into Nancy's to request a refund. Which is only fair since they royally screwed up. As I was talking with one of the ladys and showing the pictures. Another lady walks by and says it's not there fault! How is it not there fault.
Needless to say STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORST AT FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS. I WILL NEVER...
