PUFF PUFF SHOP — Local services in Gresham

I am beyond disappointed in the customer service I just received this evening. I wasn’t able to get a name however she was heavy set, dark brown hair curly long, terrible attitude. I pulled up this evening to grab cigarettes and the gal working was in her car passenger side with the door open I was unable to see her door was open, so I had to park outside of the parking spot so I didn’t hit her car. She didn’t care to shut her door, nor did she apologize for taking up the spot next to her making it difficult for (me) the next person to come pull in. I get out of my car and start walking in she asked if she could help me? I then said I wanted to buy cigarettes. She gets out of her car looks me up and down (sizing me up, trying to intimidate me!) and I asked what she was looking at? She said oh your tattoos. I have a small tattoo on my foot. She said there is no need to be rude. Very distasteful, incredibly disrespectful and inappropriate. It’s not a good look for the company you work for and not a look Gresham wants in this community. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating anyone this way and especially while your getting paid to do a job and put a good face for the company your...

Terrible experience I have went into this store plenty of times with okay experiences but tonight was different. I Get off work and pick my child from daycare, ask my brother if he can meet me at this location to run i’m for me since my 4 year old child is in the car and I couldn’t leave him or bring him in. After my brother comes out we exchange a few words and go to leave noticing the woman working is taking pictures of our licenses plates, flipping us off and yelling, we ignore her and as I go to leave she runs being my car WHILE I AM BACKING UP, hitting my car scaring me and my child and running back to her store front, while cursing at me. I am not sure why I deserved to be treated like this and am extremely embarrassed and disappointed that a human would treat another in such way, this happened about 30 minutes ago my child cried the whole way home, and is now clinging to me in fear after we’ve arrived at home. I will never understand harassing someone else and physically putting your hands on their property…I will NEVER go to this...

I got the ugliest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady working was on her break sitting in her car and I go to walk in the store and she said can I help you?
