I went in about a month ago.....about 5 minutes before they closed. (I know, that would irritate me also - only I had had the WORST DAY & no one else makes banana splits). I apologized for coming in so late and asked if they could still make me a banana split.......she could have said no! However, she agreed and started to make it. She asked me if i wanted nuts & I said no. She asked if I wanted compote & I said yes. She smothered it in whip cream & when she rang me up with my card, the most it would allow was a $2 tip - so I gave her $3 cash also. That's a $5 tip for a $7 item. When I got home, she had literally poured half a million nuts on there and ZERO COMPOTE! If it had been one or the other I would chalk it up as an accident, or being late. But BOTH? NO WAY!! She intentionally made my banana split the opposite of how I wanted it. Maybe I'm a Karen for complaining about it, but I would have respected her simply telling me it was too late for her to serve me than be all passive-aggressive and make my order opposite to how I asked for it. Not only was it an added disappointment to a horrific day, but a waste of $13. I have tried to reach a manager, but she is never there and doesn't seem to return phone calls. I would recommend going to Safeway and making your own......because employees who do stuff like that, are also the ones who spit In food as well. Not mature, not good customer...
Read moreI’m a regular customer. We come every Tuesday. This is my last time coming here. Asked for two scoops and not only was she trying to over charge me, she gave me the wrong flavors! I went off to the side to admire the cakes and wasn’t paying attention but it’s not worth the fight and the “she said he said” energy tonight. Very disappointed. It’s like she was disgusted every time I opened my mouth. Also, not to mention when I got home I noticed it wasn’t even a full scoop! What a weird interaction. I’m not sure what I did wrong to the staff but they seemed to have an issue with me and I’m flabbergasted as to why. They are always mad and rude for no reason. I scanned my app and normally I always get my visit added. I checked after this interaction and I noticed she didn’t even accept the code or pull up the proper screen to accept the code. Read moreIf I could give Zero stars, I would. I came here with my girlfriend to get ice cream. She got one scoop. I wanted multiple scoops of different flavors so I asked for the large container. The worker then tried to make me feel bad because there was customers behind me (one other person). Because of her attitude, I told her that I didn't want anything. She then told me that she was "just joking". I still refused. I paid for my girlfriends ice cream. On the way out, I could hear her complaining about me to the following customer. When I called to get the number for the district manager and/or corporate, I was told that they don't have those numbers. I will NEVER shop at this location again.
