Same Day Service — I’ll Start There!!! I walked in with my dad’s watch and a broken necklace clasp, hoping for a quick fix. Mr. Tim greeted me with warmth and immediately set to work. The necklace? Fixed in less than two minutes! I couldn’t believe it. As for the watch, it hadn’t been worn in years and needed a special part. Mr. Tim kindly explained he would order it, and it would be ready in about a week. I accepted that, understanding there was no quick fix.

But then—an hour later—I got a call. Mr. Tim had already found the part, repaired the watch, cleaned it beautifully, and had it ready for pick-up. I was ecstatic! My mom and I are beyond grateful because now she can wear my dad’s watch to his memorial service—something that means more than words can express.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I repair my jewelry all the time I just happened to be in that area and he told me fixing 2 bracelets & a necklace is $105🤣 the most ridiculous joke I’ve ever heard!
