I've been having business with Farmers Home Furniture for years now and they never disappoint. I love the friendliest of the environment and my sales person Mrs. Jackie made me feel good and she also made sure all my questions and concerns was answered. She was not rushing me to pick anything she just let me take my time look around until I was ready to purchase. I'm highly satisfied with my top grain leather two piece sofa and loveseat and also my wood bunkbeds for my kids. And most importantly the credit application was so quick and easy. Would be a pretty average place if not for the worthless customer service associates. I bought a sofa there recently and the p.o.s. broke in less than a year. The problem was repairable, however, and I was glad to do it myself so I asked the people there for the replacement parts that I know they could just order from the manufacturer. I went in there every two weeks on four separate occasions and each time they acted as if it was the first time they had seen me, and I even left one of the broken parts with them so they knew what to order. Every time I went in I heard the same story about how the associate over the parts department wasn't there, they'd give her my name and number and she'd be back on Monday. After four tries I gave up and decided I'd never buy their cheap...

Her patience, knowledge, and friendly demeanor made the shopping experience so enjoyable. Christy, the manager, was also amazing—she ensured everything went smoothly with our pick-up and made us feel like valued customers every step of the way.
