Food Depot — Local services in Griffin

I come to this location often because it's beside the gym I go to. Last night I ran in to grab something to drink after working out and was shocked at what occurred. I saw a young staff member being berated loudly and later fired by an older gentleman. I would never have thought the older gentleman was even a manage by his behavior. He was screaming at him in front of customers and acting really unprofessionaly. When I pulled into my parking spot I saw the younger gentleman getting buggy's together in the pouring rain and the older gentleman had a raincoat on leaning against the cart return. Somehow by the time I left the store this situation had turned into the older gentleman screaming Very loudly at the younger gentleman. The entire staff was upset and defending the younger gentleman as well. They ended up going upstairs briefly where I could still hear the older gentleman screaming while I was checking out. I ended up speaking to the younger gentleman because I felt so bad about the situation I witnessed to make sure he was okay. Even the police officer that is in the front entrance area was consoling the young gentleman. This was a deplorable thing to watch. I don't understand how a man like that is a manger. I am going to contact another manager at the store as well to make them aware of what's going on there. I've never experienced something like this there or...

This Food Depot store is by far in any state that I have lived in Carrollton Publix Krogers by Lowe's in the Carolinas and many many other grocery stores is by far the cleanest and nicest people I have ever seen in a grocery food chain store what appeals to me is that you can walk back into The Meat Processing center in the back of the store and you could absolutely eat off that floor and what amazes me is the management of this particular store is James and it seems like everybody there is so happy and I did notice one thing is that the meat department employees all have been there for 25 years or more and it just shows that they appreciate the work and you can tell it in their meat counter display it is by far the nicest grocery store I have ever visited especially especially the produce the apartment is always fresh neatly with Robin there to greet everybody plus an employee that looks like Michael Jordan and then the cashiers upfront you have Robbie and all the other beautiful women plus the help of people who always manages somehow the Greet you in the parking lot. I had a rather rude employee (female blonde stocker) confront my mither aggressively because she was "taking too long to select her bacon". I had no idea customers had a time limit? She then had the nerve to say and I quote, "some of us have a job to do".

She's worked there for ages and she's normallta pretty friendly and helpful person. I'm not sure if she was having a poor day or what but NO EMPLOYEE should ever act like that.

Old Review Food depot needs to be boycotted because they are not allowing return policies on their own proeducts when they have not expired and regardless if there was anything wrong with the product or not.
