We've been att customers for almost a year now, great coverage here. We had to move a relative to an assisted living facility here in grove. We called them to see about a wireless home phone unit, this was early January 2021. They had one, so we go the next morning only to find it was sold before we could get there.
The manager said she'd call other stores and try and find one since we couldn't add it to the account till Feb 6th since we wanted to keep the same number and switch to the wireless home phone unit rather than flip phone. No problem there..
Now comes Feb. 6th so we visit store to pick up said unit. Representative had no idea how to check it into inventory even though it had been there a while at that point. He says a manager has to do that and she'd be in Monday. That came and went, turned into 2 weeks with no calls back.
Then I get a call Feb. 20th two days before our relatives birthday. Now he says that the unit in store can't be checked in to inventory, and says I have to come into store and order it. Then it'll be shipped to my home, and I'll have to activate it.
What do think the point of going to the store was?? Hello it was so I could avoid spending all day on a phone.
Is this not their job at this store??
Point is Do not waste your time and money at this store, they not a corporate AT&T store Go anywhere else, just not this store.

I arrived promptly when the store opens and was greeted with courtesy, kindness and professionalism. The store does get extremely busy and due to being located in rural Oklahoma the staffing is low, so please be patient and understanding of the challenges the staff encounters. My initial visit was to transfer from a business account to a Veteran plan. One phone was on an AT&T plan, but the other two were on two different providers. Porting numbers is not always easy and takes longer than expected. As more guest arrived, Heather was extremely kind and professional to all guests. I want to thank her personally for taking such great care of me and everyone in the store. I also want to thank the other guests for their patience and kindness. Thank you AT&T in Grove for providing excellent customer service! It is much appreciated especially in a time when numerous businesses lack emotional intelligence.    Read moreI went to the Grove AT&T store today from the Miami store because I received no help and lots of attitude from Miami store. I will never go there again. I had received a new phone for Christmas and wanted to get it activated. I called Grove store explained what was going on, spoke with Heather, she said come on down no problem, we can help you. Got to Grove and was greeted by Trevor, told him what Miami office said, he kept apologizing for them and how I was treated. He looked at my phone connected everything for me and got everything down loaded and activated, George the manager even came over to make sure everything was going smoothly. By the end Trevor even offered to look at my bill to see if we could do something to lower my cost and yes he saved me some money. So much appreciate the Grove AT&T store would recommend everyone to go there.
