RibCrib BBQ — Restaurant in Grove

Update Customer service did reach out and essentially issued a promo code so I wasn't dealing with constantly calling in trying to order and getting let down so kudos there. Ordered a family meal today, they were out of one of the meats again (shocked), but atleast they had mac & cheese. Bring it home and they obviously haven't ironed out this new recipe. The mac is still flavorless, it seriously tastes like they just bake noodles with glue. You know it's bad when a three year old spits it out and mac and cheese is these kids favorite food. Ultimately they did not win me back, if they went back to the old recipe I'd probably start eating here again, even with them always being out of some meat atleast the whole family could enjoy something, as it stands it's not worth it when half the food is terrible. Someone needs to walk across the street, get a tub of walmart mac and cheese, and just make their managers eat them side by side and really figure out which you'd rather have cause even though it's a side yall are gonna loose customers over it.

-Original Post- I ordered a family meal with 2 large sides of mac and cheese, 90% off the reason I get takeout here is the mac a cheese that my kids love. When we got it home it was ice cold, had a glue like consistently, and 0 flavor. Called and talked to the Manager asking it to be just taken off my bill, he said that that day they were starting a new recipe and instead of taking it off he'd comp my next meal, great. Expect I've tried ordering twice since then and haven't been able to get my comped meal because they've been out of mac and cheese both times, and yesterday they were out of 80% of the meats as well. It's ridiculous, I'm more frustrated now than if the guy had just done what I asked in the first place and taken...

They’ve been out of burgers, original bbq sauce and multiple other things in the past month every single time we have tried to dine here so my fiance and I decided we’d call and check before we wasted our time driving all the way here and they do not even pick up their own phone?? How is this place even in business if they carry legit 0 food or bbq sauce and they do not care about any customers? By the 6th time we called they put us on a hold line for a bit and then we could clearly hear someone take the phone and sit it on the side of the machine instead of answering? Then we could hear the staff in the background talking and refusing to answer the phone?? If you’re not busy then why pick up the phone and sit it on the side and still refuse to answer? What a poorly ran restaurant, I can’t believe ribcrib as a corporation keeps these people staffed I legit am going to find a corporate email after writing this because they need to be reported. Also I can see now in the other reviews here that they send many people out the door with RAW FOOD not smoked at all even the burgers appear to be raw on some of these pictures, I’m done coming here if they can’t even carry any food options on their menu let alone bbq sauce at a bbq restaurant or...

I have never seen worse customer service or management in a business. Upon walking in the door I was aggressively harassed about my service dog. Our party of 4 was seated and left for 20 minutes before our server told us she would be with us ASAP LOL. After taking our order we were asked repeatedly by our server and the manager if items our server entered were correct and if we were still waiting on our appetizer which was not ours. After an hour of repeatedly being told sorry for the wait, and had we received our food at an empty table, we had STILL not received our appetizer and were told sorry again! At this point we decided to leave! As we were getting in our vehicle the manager came outside and began to yell at us for leaving. I have never seen anything like the scene that followed. I'm not gonna lie, I was very disgusted by the lack of courtesy and professionalism in all of the staff. FINALLY another manager came outside and told us we needed to leave! WOW! Lol, WE WERE TRYING TO LEAVE, but for some reason we were given more attention at 9 pm leaving hungry than we did when we arrived at 630 and sat at 730 and walked out at 9....
