Do you member a time when you walked into a store and were greeted with a friendly hello and what are you looking for today? Sisco True Value Hardware is one of those stores. I said I need some 1/4 inch bolts 3/4 of an inch long and nuts the young man selected the 12 items I needed and had the in a bag and marked in a flash. I was on my way faster than I could have found my to the nut and bolt area at the big box store. Ya, it cost me .02 per item more for my purchase. But what's is my time worth. Came in for some parts for my well, showed the guy what I needed. He then disagreed and showed me what I needed. I got home and it was all wrong and made for metal pipe and I bought copper. I then brought back the items this evening and when I said I needed to return some items, I was greated with a extremely rude "wow" then followed with a very rude return. Went in to get a part for a weedeater. Showed them the picture of the weedeater I have. They gave me the part and told me that was it. When I got home it was the wrong part.
