Walgreens — Local services in Grove

My mother in law needed to get her medication filled after having surgery. She was treated completely disrespectful and very dismissive by the pharmacist and staff. They even hung the phone up on her. She waited in line over 20 minutes before even getting to speak to someone, they would not fill her prescription saying that the doctor did not mark “acute” On her prescription When we contacted the doctor this morning, the doctor said absolutely it was marked correctly and the prescription should’ve been filled.My mother-in-law had to suffer All through the night in pain. Staff was very matter-of-fact, Showed no signs of empathy or compassion. When my mother-in-law got home, she could not even talk to us. She was crying so hard. This is not any way to treat an elderly citizen. The Grove Walgreens pharmacy is not where you would need to send your family members or friends. Had i read the reviews of this walgreens i would have never transferred my prescription. i will be transferring them back to walmart as soon as possible, the service and the store is atrocious they don't care and i guess they think that they're so busy they don't need my business well you know what they're not going to get it i will also be sharing my poor , terrible evil experiences with everyone that i know and ask them to avoid walgreens at all cost there are other pharmacies in town and their other places to get what you need walgreens is not the place. everyone else out there have...
