Fast food that felt like a mall food court, drinks are sold by the can or bottle, whether getting soda or water it's expensive without refills. Even though we dined in the food came in Styrofoam containers with no presentation, even the roll was mostly just a pile of food. Extra wassabi, ginger or sauce costs extra. I come here for lunch being close to where I work. Today I came in on break again and decided to get the normal thing I get. I decided to ask about my drink to see if there is any caffeine in it because I need to be careful with that. My cashier Triniteey didn't know the answer but she was sweet enough to ask around and she didn't rush me looking it up either. The Japanese sodas are caffeinated free which is great. I parked my car at 1:55, I had to put my daughter jacket on because it was raining. I watched a lady go in the door 30 seconds before I go in, and I get to the counter as the lady ahead of me is ordering. They then proceed to tell me they have shut down for the evening as there is a woman ahead of me ordering food. I was 30 seconds behind her. Awful service , they weren’t even supposed to close yet.
